“I know I will certainly regret this decision, but I can't stay with you,” you struggle with your words. “Otherwise, your face will always remind me of my betrayal.”
Anne approaches you. “I respect your decision, but I can't accept that you only think of betrayal when you see my face...” Slowly, she leans forward and kisses you. “So now at least you have a nice memory of me,” she smiles tenderly.
Rarely have you hated yourself so much for thinking with your head. “Well, goodbye then, Anne. I really hope we don't run into each other again during this competition. Because we would be opponents.”
A gentle hug caresses your body. “Believe me, it's for the best...” With a jerk, she pulls her knee up and squeezes your balls until your bracelet lights up red and you collapse as a result. “Please don't take offense, Chris. I just don't want to meet you as an enemy.”
“That's what you get now,” grumbles the man lying not far from you.
