Part II: The HAARP Project and Implants

Synopsis:

A few years pass and our hero tries to be forgotten. He knows what’s going on, what he saw and what he learned. The whole system is corrupted, but doesn’t know who’s going to believe him without proofs. Gee, even if he had proofs, most people would stay in denial!

One of the files he dwelt into was related to a scientific military project called HAARP, which is operated from Alaska and which aims at using high frequency waves in the ionosphere. Officially, there’s nothing to be alarmed about, despite a few critics from independent scientists. But from the documents he saw, he senses there is way much to the plate here, and feels eagerness to investigate further. As he decides to do it, he must find trustable team players and be undercover to infiltrate once again well-guarded facilities and suspicious officials.

They discover that HAARP is closely related to another file he knew about: the microchip implants and the use of vaccines to spread them. Not only is HAARP potentially used to modify weather, to disrupt communications or to locally disrupt the nervous system and thus the psychological behavior of enemies, but also it seems that it might be used on a different mode to control more precisely individuals’ behavior through the conjunct use of the implants.

Our heroes **** their way in and attempt to sabotage facilities. They succeed to produce significant damage. Ultimately, facilities will be rebuilt or repaired, but at least for now that will slow down progress on that side.
