"So you said we should be consistent, right, Jess?"

"Yes."

"So how could Gina afford a convertible if she has no allowance? You can't get that kinda money from taking lunch money. The story does look like it's starting to get good."

"Alright, what happened to our F/F program, Jess?! I'm not in this for bunny boy bullshit!"

"It's completely degenerate!"

"Gambio doesn't seem to understand about target audiences. The concept is supposed to be about a GIRL being humiliated. I doubt many readers will have come here for the malesub humiliation."

Gina was sitting on her throne but there was no light in her eyes. Fuck. I was angry yesterday, but, and I can't believe that i'm actually saying this, for once it wasn't Gina's fault.
Susan clearly did something to her after I left. This was bad, I put considerable effort into dangling just enough carrots in front of Gina to keep her going and now Susan has crushed all my efforts.

"All Susan did was pee on her. If anything, it's more likely to be Marcie's fault for having her **** in the mouth."

Of course most of them where way too focused on the half naked boy serving them drinks to pay any attention to the delicate political machinations.

"Maybe don't have a half naked boy serving them drinks if they're that bad for it, you moron!"

That good a laugh out of Lindsey. “That spineless little gnat? You are overestimating her, and underestimating Gina.” Smilingly she continued caressing my body. “You thought about it right? Using your awful experience yesterday to gain sympathy with Marcie.”

"That actually seems more likely than Gina being broken by a little pee when being **** in the mouth merely annoyed her."

“Gina, from now on you have to humiliate yourself at least once per day. What you do is up to you, but it has to be at school and public. Also I want you to slowly escalate your humiliations with each day. To help you get started of, I want you to pick your nose in class tomorrow for at least 30 seconds. Go from there."

"How is that not worse than peeing on her?! The next bit is even worse. Marcie hands Susan to Gina. At the point we ended it the last time, the story was starting to get good as Susan became more active. Three chapters later and Gambio has managed to completely ruin the story."

"Well, Monica, Marcie is clearly the main character so-"

"But I don't care about her. I care about Susan."

"Ethics aside, throwing away a valuable ally for such an arbitrary reason is a stupid thing to do."

"Made even more frustrating when you take into account the fact that Susan is being punished for something that is more likely to be Marcie's fault. I definitely resent how the narrative tries to give her the moral high ground when she's worse than the guy in Naive and Erotic Roommates."

"Wow, Monica, I think this might be the first time nitpicking wasn't necessary. I mean when the main character detracts from the work itself, you know there's a problem."

“Because you disappointed me,Susan. The moment you got a little power you let it get to your head. But rejoice, with this I actually have forgiven you. Now you only need to earn Gina's forgiveness and you are a free girl. I wish you all the best in this endeavor.”

"No, Marcie, you did that! Susan felt more akin to an abused character giving Gina her comeuppance. Which makes Marcie telling her that SHE has to earn Gina's forgiveness completely messed up. What was Gambio thinking?!"

"According to Gambio, Susan wasn't abused by Gina and was fairly privileged until Gina betrayed her."

"Which, Jess, was literally her first scene so we never actually saw Susan enjoy any of these "privileges" and even if we did, Gina's cruel betrayal would have still made her sympathetic. If there was ever a shed of humanity in Marcie, it is now dead. She is an enemy of the universe itself."

"That reminds me, isn't this universe supposed to curse horrible people? Logically, Marcie should have been cursed for this."

"That is a serious plot hole."

"Then we get to the damn nose picking and it's as disgusting as it sounds. How is anyone supposed to get off on it?"

"I am both literally and morally disgusted. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if Marcie made Gina eat shit."

“This school is truly rotten. We can't expect any help from the teachers. Half of them are bought, the other half blackmailed into silence. So we have to take matters into our hand. Why should we bend the knee to some idiotic jocks or equally brainless cheerleaders? It is time for the true elite to rise up and create a healthy study environment for everyone.”

"Too bad Marcie and Gina are themselves the ones making the school rot in the first place. There's so much wasted potential. You know how the author says Marcie was "interesting"?"

"Yeah, Monica, during a review of a completely different story. I mean, hello spoilers!"

"Well, the irony is that this story would have actually been more interesting if the protagonist wasn't a piece of shit."

"Is it just me or does Lindsey seem autistic?"

"Well yes, Jess, I have noticed that. Lindsey does appear to be literal minded, has a unique perspective on things and appears to have trouble picking up on social cues that make her come across as aloof. I suspect Gambino might have done this so she could accuse readers of bigotry if they didn't like her replacing Susan. I'm not sure if her depiction of autism is entirely accurate which is probably why its not outright stated, opting to go for the ambiguous disorder trope."

"If Marcie wanted to keep Lindsey in line, couldn't she have just make some loud noises? That's supposed to be autism kryptonite."

"You know what kryptonite is, Jess?"

"Well, yes... I mean no... I mean... well... Look, Superman is a well known fact, it doesn't make me a geek."

Looks like my perfect attendance, will be a thing of the past by today.

"Perfect attendance, Monica? Is anyone gonna care about that in the future? 'Marcie, I can't hire you because you missed a single day of school'."

"We come to the scene where Marcie and Lindsey learn about Gina's home situation. I don't why Gambio is now trying to make her seem sympathetic. The author says Marcie didn't feel sorry for her because she didn't live in luxury and that it just ruined her image of her but... well..."

"Sounds like a distinction without a difference to me."

"Yeah, that. Gambio might as well have just had Marcie's reasoning be that their moms were both named Martha. I suspect Marcie and probably Gambio grew up being spoiled by rich parents. It's the only way they could expect us think that this is all it takes to make us sympathise with Gina. This is starting to feel like a South Park episode."

"Never watched it."

"Its like when Sergeant Yates showed the kids how celebrities were **** to down guard to slightly less lavish purchases or when Cartman compared having to brush his teeth to being in a concentration camp."

“Ah, of course. I am sorry, for murdering those children, your honor. But I had a bad childhood. Please forgive me.”
“Gina didn't **** any children.”
“If someone jumps off the roof because of her bullying, she might as well have.” Lindsey shrugged. “Gina did what she did. Don't give me that bullshit of a bad childhood.”

"I can't help but agree with Lindsey. You know, I thought I was going to hate her for replacing Susan but now I actually wish she had replaced Marcie instead. And where is Marcie's sympathy for Susan? In fact this entire scene would have made more sense if they had been talking about Susan. Trying to make Gina the sympathetic one is a weird choice. It reminds me of Metal Gear Solid 4."

"You know I don't know what that is."

"The Beauty and the Beast Unit are bunch of traumatised women who's sad backstories were shot down but then the game started boohooing for Vamp who players had far more reason to hate. Its the same thing here. The author expects us to sympathise with Gina over Susan but the reader has more reason to feel the exact opposite way about it."

"Hell, given the fact that Gina's "abusive" mom comes off as more sympathetic than her so called "victim", you know the author's doing something wrong."

"You know, Jess, I noticed that there was good opportunity for a lesbian scene that might have distracted me from how ridiculous this story is getting. Unfortunately, it turned out Marcie just wanted to show her scar."

"Eww! Did Gambio think we've get off on it. Degenerate!"

“It was done with a cutter”, I informed her. “Susan was the one who did it but Gina gave the order.”

"Alright, Monica, I'm not buying this story at all."

"Obviously, Gambio has realised that what Marcie did to Susan has caused readers to turn on her and did a retcon to justify her earlier decision. Unfortunately, this feels out of character for Susan."

"It also creates plot holes. If it was true, Susan would realised she was braver than she thought and would've overthrown Gina and become queen herself and even if she didn't, she certainly wouldn't have taken all that **** from her or Marcie. The instant Marcie backstabbed her, she would have taken them both down. And would Marcie wouldn't have cared about Gina's home situation either."

"Yeah, had Marcie been an all loving hero, her sympathy for Gina might have worked but because she's cruel to Susan, it just makes her a hypocrite."

"Her actions in her story were also outta character."

"Because she acts like a bully herself, I doubt she would have cared about Gina doing the same thing. This all makes it easier to believe Marcie isn't telling the truth. In fact, I think she is more likely to be the reason for Gina's behaviour than her mom is."

"The author has used it to defend Marcie's backstabbing so I'm pretty sure Marcie's story is supposed to be true."

"But it's clearly a retcon made to justify a decision that made Marcie unsympathetic and requires multiple characters to behave outta character so if you told me she was just gaslighting Gina, Susan and Lindsey, I'd believe it. So, Jess, did you masturbate?"

"No, nothing erotic happened in it. Oh god, I can't believe I'm wanting something erotic to happen."

"Me neither. Marcie might have been lame compared to Susan but Gambino should have had more faith in her original plan. I do believe she could have salvaged this story if she had put in the effort of actually developing Marcie instead she of trying to tear down Susan to prop her up."

"I don't think she expected anyone to get more invested in Susan."

"With Susan, I couldn't wait to see what she'd do next. Marcie, on the other hand, I just wanna throw her into a blender and throw that blender into a blackhole. And where's Tom? I wanna see more of him. I don't even care that he's a boy anymore. And all this whining Gambio does about other people's branches is quite suspicious given how much of an abomination this one is. We should have a read of them."

"But we wouldn't be able to do any reviews of them."

"I know but I still wanna know exactly what is so vicious about them given that so many things she complains about are true of her own story. And if Gambio pulls a stunt like this again, she's getting a spanking."
