Isalia crosses her arms and looks indignant, "you suspect me of being a mimic? I can tell you anything you want! I can tell you I learned my trap finding skills from being captured and tormented by Knocker, when you found me I was being eaten by a Lurker and you saved me! Do you need more? Am I not allowed to dislike the sight of my own blood? Also I was with Cherchiel the entire time so if I'm a mimic she'd have to be one too!" she says angrily.

"Hey, don't throw me under the bus like that!" Cherchiel responds angrily.

"What the fuck is a bus?" Isalia responds and Cherchiel hesitates.

"Uh... You know I don't know. I vaguely remember hearing the voices helping one of the previous chosen say that and it just kind of stuck with me..." she admits. Isalia glares at her and then looks away.

"Any of the rest of you think I'm a mimic?" she asks looking at the rest of the group.

"I don't think you're a mimic..." Yulia says. Goma is weirdly quiet and doesn't respond and Isalia stares at her.

"G... Goma you don't think I'm a mimic do you?" she asks and she sounds scared.

"Why... Why did EE Sa Lee Ah push Goma away?" Goma asks accusingly after a few seconds. Isalia bites her lip and looks away.

"I... I'm scared. I really like you, but... In the Dream I... I forgot all about you and I saw... I saw something when me and Cherchiel were alone... A vision or something... I... I don't know if I can..." she starts and then cuts herself off as she covers her eyes and begins to cry, "I'm sorry, Goma... I'm so sorry," she cries and Goma starts to move towards her, but Isalia recoils and realizing what she just did she begins to cry even more. Goma looks sad and pulls back. Cherchiel and Yulia look awkward and Yulia speaks.

"Let's go to the auction. I think Isalia needs some time alone," she says and Cherchiel agrees. They start to leave, but Goma is hesitant to leave Isalia.

"Goma... I think it's best if we leave her for the moment," Cherchiel says and Goma looks defiant for a moment, but then her head drops and she nods and the three women head out leaving Isalia behind.

They arrive at the auction house and the Auction is about to begin. They enter and Yulia, Cherchiel and Goma find a seat in the auction parlor. A raised stage sits at the front of the room on which sits the auctioneer and a raised dais on which a black bound spellbook crisscrossed with intricately patterned threads sits. As everyone enters the room the auction begins. The first bidder is a dwarven man who offers a bounty of valuable and rare jewels. A Drow woman counterbids with an offer of an entire wardrobe of fine, rich clothes custom fit to the auctioneer's form. The next counterbid comes from a strange figure. A human looking woman wearing a black dress with a funerary veil. She's flanked by a pair of Driders. She offers her services, but says nothing more. It seems that something unspoken has gone between her and the auctioneer, however as he seems in awe. The rest of the room seems merely confused. Yulia makes her bid, drawing out the curing stone.

"I offer this stone from the Dream Path. Capable of curing any malady," she explains and she feels a sense of relief as the auctioneer and the human woman both look surprised at seeing the stone. The auctioneer is staring hungrily at the stone and has to **** his eyes away as he glances around.

"Any further bids? Going once? Going Twice? Sold to the Chosen!" he says and the human woman seems to be staring at Yulia before she swiftly leaves with her entourage. Yulia goes up to the stage and hands over the stone to the auctioneer who hands her the book in return. It feels leathery and dry to the touch and definitely old. There's no label saying what the spell is. Yulia takes the spellbook and exits with Cherchiel and Goma as the auction ends and everyone else files out.

Outside however the human woman is waiting. Her entourage is gone, "Would you mind accompanying me to my home. I think you and I need to talk," the woman says, "you can bring your friends of course. I promise I don't intend to harm you. I want to make you an offer for that book," she explains.
