Leaving little time for thought you jumped towards your target which seemed to indeed suprise her, however since you weren’t very big she easily sidestepped you and took a swing.

You managed to dodge the attack but only barely resulting in a big chunk of your body getting cut loose dropping to the floor with a big squish.

It hurt but not alarmingly so. Like having your hand slightly burned but pulled away in time.

Still you were in a challenging position. Now that you were missing a significant portion of your body you could no longer move correctly and you guessed that if you jumped again that your lopsided form would result in you flying to the left or right, if you managed to jump at all.

You could try regardless but you weren’t sure if she would be suprised again. Or you could try something else.
