Onwards to the magic shop (elf)

Frost guides you to a nicer part of town and you approach a small brightly painted building. The obnoxiously bright green front door stands at only 5 foot tall, and due to your new elven form, is not a comfortable size for you. The same pertains to your other companions especially Syvella. You duck through the threshold and lead the way into a cramped shop. Items spills over some of the shelves making you very wary of where you walk. You identify a number of herbs and magical components as well as some wands, staffs, focuses and the like.

Stocking an already stuffed shelf is what appears to be a gnomish woman. She wears purple robes befitting a mage, that contrast with her curly ginger hair. She calls out as you enter.

“Well if it isn’t my favourite ice mage!” She says stepping down from her stool. “If you’re looking for the boss he’s out testing some of his weirder potions.”

“No not today.” Frost says “I’m not looking for potions, I’m looking for a quick portal.”

“Oh yes I can do that for you! Come over to the counter and stand in the circle.”

The three of you follow the gnome to the counter at the back of the shop. A blue circle has been painted onto the ground, strange runes have been carved into the floor. Frost wordlessly places her hands on a crystal ball that rests upon the counter.

“Oh! That’s a bit remote!” The gnome chirps while looking into the crystal ball.

“It’s for a contract.” Frost quickly blurts.

“Yeah that’d do it! Well it’s not far, so only 58 gold pieces this time.” She extends her small hand in which Frost places a modest sized gold purse. “Alright that’ll do it. Hold your breath!”

Not being familiar with teleportation you take her advice and do so. With a couple distinct hand movements the floor begins to glow beneath you. The glowing runes on the floor are accompanied by a sudden lurching sensation.
