Only McKenzie, It Seems

Both girls were stunned for an instant. What is up with Tanya today?!

As soon as the words left her mouth, Tanya blushed and covered her mouth. She couldn't believe that she wasn't wearing panties in class, let alone that she just basically announced it!

The two glanced around the room, dreading to see if anyone else had heard the loudly whispered admission.

From what the girls could tell, nobody had heard a thing. At least, no one reacted like they had just heard one of the hottest and most popular girls in school proclaim she was going commando. Thankfully, the class was near it's end so the students had gotten a bit loud in their own discussions.

"What?! Why?!" McKenzie questioned her friend when she had determined nobody else was listening.

Tanya struggled to explain it without divulging the full extent of the mornings events.

"Uh, well... I... I'm not sure exactly... Uh, I guess I was in kind of a rush and I just forgot to stop and... You know... Uh, put them on." The blush on her cheeks was beginning to feel like a permanent fixture.

McKenzie thought for a second, unsure of what to make of this. Tanya was normally so image conscious that most girls were a little jealous of her always perfect presentation. While among the guys, she had become one of the most sought after girls in town.

"Is that why you were so hot and bothered?" McKenzie glanced knowingly at her friend.

Tanya's eyes widened. "What... What do you mean?!" She couldn't believe her friend could tell she had been turned on, too! "I... I was not!"

McKenzie smirked playfully at her flustered friend and replied, "Geez, I thought you were trying to get caught the way you were wiggling in your seat."

It was a definite exaggeration, intended only to be a little tease, but to Tanya it might as well have been true. Her mind was feeling like such a confused mess today. She really wondered, "God, am I really that obvious when I'm turned on?! Wait! Why am I even turned on?! This is mathematics!"

She was jolted back again when Mackenzie touched her arm.

"Are you okay? You really seem kinda off."

"You're such a good friend, Mac, but I'm... I'm really fine. I'm just not feeling too well, but it's nothing serious," Tanya said, to convince herself as much as McKenzie.

In no time the bell rang. The girls packed their things and made their plans to meet up for lunch in a little bit.

"Behave yourself," McKenzie teased with a wink as she walked away.
