Chapter 11 by HenryKajitani HenryKajitani

Do they accept?

One of them accepts

Vivian looked down at Lucy's back, on top of whom she was still mounted. Her body ached as badly as she wanted **** when she remembered how she felt under the seat. If she widened her perspective, they might not have to be enemies.

Lucy had a somewhat narrower perspective. Her body ached from the bite mark on her shoulder and from being pushed to the floor. On top of that, the redhead's firm ass digging into her back reminded her of why they were enemies. Vivian always wins.

Vivian said, "Sorry, I don't think I can accept the off-"

Lucy cut her off, "I'll take the offer."

Kate looked a bit surprised. She thought Lucy would take a bit more convincing. Meanwhile, Vivian looked perplexed.

"Lucy, it's okay. We don't have to fight each other," Vivian negotiated.

The Asian girl's anger had bubbled up again, giving her new strength to shake Vivian off.

"Vivian," Lucy addressed as rising to her feet, "we aren't friends. You harass me constantly, and suddenly everything can be okay?"

Cassy was speechless. Kate commented, "Damn, girl. I didn't think you had that in you."

"Just tell me where to run to," Lucy replied flatly.

"Okay, fine," Kate walked towards the front of the diner, "we want you to go touch the door handle of the printer place across the street and come back."

Lucy was about to push open the door when Vivian said, "Wait. I'll join this stupid race. I'm not just gonna let this bitch get away now."

"Sweet! We have a race on our hands," Kate rubbed her palms together. "You'll both start from the welcome mat outside, and the first one who gets back to it first wins."

Everyone started moving outside when Cassy finally broke her silence, "Uh, Lucy, you do know that streaking means naked, right? You can't wear that." Cassy pointed at Lucy's button-up shirt.

Lucy had to admit that she hoped no one would notice, but she reluctantly handed the shirt over to Cassy.

Soon, everyone was outside. Both Lucy and Vivian had one foot firmly placed on the bristly welcome mat. Neither of them had the wherewithal to cover their modesty as they stretched forward.

Cool mist sprayed onto the two enemies' exposed skin while Kate counted down.

"Three, two, one... Go!"

As she shouted, Kate smacked Lucy's ass, causing her to stumble forward while Vivian took off into the rain.

"Screw you, Kate!" Lucy yelled as she ran after Vivian.

The cold drops felt like needles on the redhead's skin. She couldn't tell how far Lucy was behind her, but she wasn't about to risk checking.

The road proved to be something of an equalizer. The inches of water in the road complimented Lucy's longer legs, giving her a chance to catch up. Their feet slapped against the wet asphalt as they rushed toward the printer business's door.

Vivian reached the door a split second before Lucy, which gave her the chance to play a little prank. She twisted the door handle right as Lucy arrived. The poor Asian girl's momentum carried her straight through the door and onto the establishment's floor.

Beat-red, Lucy flew to her feet and ran out before even checking if someone had seen her. Vivian was already high tailing it back to the diner.

Again, the street allowed Lucy to catch up. So much so that she passed Vivian as they mounted the curb, slapping her on the ass for good measure.

The redhead was caught so off guard that she tripped on the curb and fell forward.

Lucy looked back to see how close Vivian was, but she was face down on the concrete. Lucy felt a bit guilty about it, but she was sure the girl would be alright.

But Vivian didn't seem to be getting up either.

Was this all just a ploy? One big trick to beat her? The thought that Lucy might have genuinely injured someone ate at her resolve.

Should she go back and check on Vivian?

Does Lucy go back?
