One Month Later

Things started to settle down into a new normal, Kyle would work, Robin would make sure he took care of himself (even insisting on cooking even though Kyle said it was unnecessary), and the two would bond while playing with Meadow or just hanging out.

Their favorite place to go was, no shock to Kyle, a bookstore down the way called “Book ‘I’m”. It’s a local mom and pop joint that just got a boost in sales lately (Mainly for people to get Character ideas or for upgrading their current one), owned by this sweet old guy called Gus and his wife Eva. Truth be told, Kyle liked going there before all of this. He felt like he could relax around Gus and Eva.

In fact they were heading there right now to relax and read in peace. Robin took to the couple immediately since they shared her love of reading. Things were going fine, Robin was reading a book about Ancient Greece with some tea Kyle ordered. Across the table was Kyle himself, his eyes reading over the latest chapter of One Piece, enthralled by the world written by Oda that inspired perhaps the best thing in his life. It was business as usual until…

The door was kicked open and this hulking figure of a man steps in, he wasn’t alone either. Right next to him was another character, which was nothing new. However, from the style the way her black hair was done, the pink jacket with yellow tassels, the red glasses, the floral pattern shirt, and shapely body, Kyle knew exactly who it was: Smoker’s right hand Tashigi.

Kyle lit up at the prospect of a fellow fan, especially since they picked such a semi-known bit kind of obscure character. He was about to wave him over to talk to him but paused as he saw the guy look at him. Then his eyes looked up and down Robin’s body. (Robin was still wearing her very revealing Fishman Island/Sabaody outfit Kyle bought for her.) As he saw that the tension in the room, nay the whole mood, changed as the guy said “Nice, Robin. Wanna trade holes for a little bit?” As he cruelly yanked his Tashigi forward “The one’s all nice and ready for you. Aren’t you, Tashigi?”

Defeated slowly Tashigi said “Yes, I am…” the tone of voice, the downtrodden look, this was a woman who was broken and the very thought of that sparked a fire in him a bit. Especially with him reading some of the latest chapters of One Piece.

He saw the abusive dickweed yank Tashigi by a chain as Kyle notice the collar around her, there were welts on her neck. The man barked “With more feeling…”

With tears flooding her eyes Tashigi said “Yes, I’m ready for you to take your cock and fill me to my burst! It’s all I’m good for!”

As the guy dropped Tashigi he sneered saying “Good bitch,” before turning to Kyle “Sorry about her half ass response, man?”

“It’s fine,” Kyle said through gritted teeth. It’s not like he can do anything, that Tashigi is this guy’s property that doesn’t mean he has to like it, “I’m going to say no though, sorry. My Robin wasn’t made to be my cum dump.” using the kind of course language that he despised but he knew it would be the only way this guy would hopefully just go away.

The guy wouldn’t relent, saying, “I don’t see no kids here at all. Come on! Just a little romp in the bathroom, I won’t break the slut.” He looked at Robin who was now throbbing with anger knowing she had the power to beat this guy’s ass 12 ways to Sunday, but knew she couldn’t or Kyle would get in big trouble.

Kyle stayed firm, “No,” before deciding to turn back around thinking that would be the end of it. Wishing he could do something about poor Tashigi but there was nothing he could do.

Trying his best to ignore the situation he scooted next to Robin as he began to show her the latest volume so she could keep up with what her friends were doing. He heard the bell ringing meaning that jackass probably left.

Until, he heard the bell ringing again as the jackass screamed “No one says no to me no more!” As he pulled out a pistol as Kyle froze in fear, until he heard the guy laughing his ass off. He paused seeing Robin had made an arm that was tickling the guy as he dropped the gun causing Kyle to grab it and shoulder the dude. He threw the guy clear across the room as a hand sprouted to catch it as the jackass began to stir.

Enraged he said “So you got your slut trained, big deal! She can’t use her powers to hurt me, or she’s toast.” He cracked his knuckles as Kyle put up his hand to defend himself before he heard “Dos Fleur:,” Kyle paled knowing where this was going. He went to say something but Robin already clenched her fist as Kyle heard the crunch. Kyle gulped looking around as the police arrived after Gus called the cops on the jerkass.

As he was lifted off the ground, he said “His Character used her powers on me! It’s to dangerous to live!” As Kyle on a reflex stood protectively in front of Robin “A character can’t lay a hand on a human without just cause! That’s the rules!”

Hands guided the gun to cops who scratched their head, “Officer,” Robin said explained to the cop maintaining her cool, “ I was created to be my owner’s friend. As his friend I feared for his safety and I acted,” she continued “ i would argue that I am no different than this.”

Kyle turned to her saying “You’re more than that to me though!” He sighed saying “You probably just saved my ass from a beating.”

The Officer nodded in agreement saying “Excellent points, I’ll need a statement for later.”

His fellow officer asked “What about the jackass’s character?”

There was a heavy sigh as he said “Probably will have to call RealDreams.”
