On time for your first day

Today is the first day of your 6 months long internship, your alarm is ringing, waking you up.

Yesterday evening your mom tell you that she wouldn't be able to drive you to work because one of her potential clients could only do morning visits.

You wake up and go to the shower and pass clean jeans and a t-shirt.

As you take a light breakfast, you call a cab to go to the hotel.

You get a notification on your phone, the taxi has arrived.

As you look at the time, you see 7:30 am, the travel shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.

You go out of your house and hop in the car.

7:44 am you arrive in front of the hotel.

As the email didn't specify where you should present yourself, so you enter the hotel, form the exterior, it looks like any other building from downtown.

As you enter, you see it's decorated in a very chic fashion.

You go to the front desk and present yourself.

"Hi, I'm Alex, I'm here for an internship, I was asked to report to Ivy Ross."

"Oh, hi, I'm sure I see her enter."

She stands up, and wave you to follow and says, "Follow me"
