Official visit

As if on cue, Donna arrives immediately after the meeting finishes up. Looking much the same as she did at the meeting, the rushed nature of this visit doesn’t seem to have dampened her spirits. She smiles and shakes everyone’s hands, and once again she seems to linger with Mike for a moment longer than usual. Before he can consider this, she turns to Damon.

“So, you explained the situation to me, and I’ve passed along the important information to our field officers. They will be on the lookout for anything unusual in the area. You’re certain that someone or something came through a wormhole?”

Damon shakes his head. “There’s no way to be completely sure, but that’s what it looks like.”

Donna nods. “Well, I’m sure they will be recovered soon, nothing stays hidden forever. After all, it took less than a day to find Mike, correct?”

Mike chuckles. “I wasn’t exactly hiding, though. But yes.”

Donna smiles. “Well, it’s a much more active search this time. So, for now we’re doing what we can, although I would like a longer conversation with Mike later. For now, why don’t you show me what sort of tests you’ve been running?”

Kyrie grins. “Gladly! Mike is due for another scan, at the least.”

Alicia nods. “Especially with everything going on, we should watch for more changes.”

Donna raises an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”

Damon sighs. “Mike’s changes seem to be encouraged by sexual stimulation, and, as you can probably imagine, there has been quite a bit of that lately.”

Donna turns her strange, metallic eyes on Mike, who chuckles, blushing slightly. She smirks. “Well then, I’m very interested in seeing what sort of things you’ve discovered.”

Kyrie winks at Mike. “Well, come on, stud, let’s see how much of a sex god you are!”
