Ann and Ren rifled through the costume box before Ann pulled out what appeared to be a sexy police uniform. She dressed Makoto in it, and then tapped the council president's forehead.

Makoto gained a serious look on her face. "You kids...you aren't up to anything illegal, are you?"

"No, Officer," said Ann.

"be that as it may," said Makoto. "We've heard tons of rumors of kids robbing places in Shibuya."

She looked them up and down. "I see you are both naked. Perhaps you will allow me to do a thorough search for any weapons?"

"Of course, Officer," said Ren.
