Offer the lovers an ultimatum

With a sigh of apparent regret, you explain that the purpose of spanking is to allow young women to receive guidance from older men. Clearly, Himari is being led astray by following the lead of her girlfriend, who hasn't benefitted from several years of corporal punishment. "Please, er, sir," Himari forces herself to address you in the local language. "Paddle is worse, er, Yuina paddle. Five, er, swats worse, er, ten swats."

"Good," you reply. "That will make three hundred highly effective in teaching you not to follow Yuina when she makes bad choices, as I'm sure she will without discipline of her own."

Two pairs of tearing eyes look back at you and you're sure Yuina is sorry for getting her submissive into so much trouble. Probably sorry for bringing her here on holiday at all, actually.

"Of course, if Yuina were to accept discipline for the duration of her stay, I would be much more confident that she would develop greater responsibility and stop encouraging misbehaviour, so I wouldn't need to be so harsh with you."
