"So you haven't found anything?" Alice asked as she paced the front porch of the beach house.

"I already told you Allie," Bonnie said from the other end of the conversation. "Zack and Chloe are just friends. I know, they make a cute couple, everyone says that but... they're not." Bonnie paused for a moment. "and no, Chloe never told me or any of the other girls that Zack had a crush on Vicky. You know, If she knew, she never told anyone."

"About that," Alice jumped in seeing a possible connection to Victoria's drama, "why did they break up?"

"You think Zack really was stalking Vicky?" Alice asked Bonnie.

"Before you told me I would have said no way," Bonnie said "He never acted weird or anything like that around us, the opposite really, he really stood up for us. Well you know, we'd catch him checking us out at the game, in school, or when we'd go over to Chloe's house but he never did anything creepy like try to sneak a peek or take pictures like Dylan did last year. but..." Bonnie trailed off, she didn't really know what to say. She never thought much about Zack, even less about Gavin, they were just Chloe's guy friends. Mainly why she never wrote about them in TattleRock, except just to mention when Zack and Lisa went official and when they broke up, the usual gossip that everyone already knew.

"So how are things over there?" Bonnie asked switching topics. "Anything we can write in?"

"Well....." Alice let out a long pause, she didn't really want to tell Bonnie about last night. She wanted to talk to Scarlett but even then she wasn't really sure about it.

"What happened?" Bonnie said excitedly "C'mon tell meeee!!!"

"Well, Charlie and Delilah are definitely a thing from what we heard last night." Alice said as she smiled and waved at Jake while both girls giggled over the phone, "And it looked like Logan and Sharon too."

"Oh, that's going to be juicy to write," Bonnie giggled before getting serious "You really think Sharon is going to say yes this time? Or is she going to keep stringing him along like always?"

"Maybe... I don't know" Alice said. "They say third times a charm," she added hopefully, although as far as both girls knew Logan could have asked Sharon four of five times already.

"Yeah right!" Bonnie scoffed, "how long does she think she can play with him?"

"I don't know." Alice said, "Logan doesn't seem to mind."

"She acting bitchy yet?" Bonnie asked switching topics, "Anything with Delilah?"

"Not really" Alice added, "She's been behaving so far, somewhat."

"So nothing we can write yet?" Bonnie said, "What about Scarlett and Duncan, are they hooking up?"

"Nah, they're just friends like Zack and Chloe. Duncan is just playing wingman for Logan and Scarlett's helping him. We could add the bit about Charlie and Delilah and Logan with Sharon... but we can't write it yet, they're going to know it was me, but..., you know, Logan and Sharon did seem a bit off this morning..." Alice trailed off for a moment,

"Anyway got to go. Don't write anything till I get back to you. Tell you more later. Bye," Alice said hurriedly and turned off her phone before running down the porch to join her friends.

Logan glanced around at the rest of his friends while they waited for Alice. The boys were all wearing t-shirts with swimming trucks. Off to the side, Logan could see Charlie holding Delilah close to him while they talked to Duncan, Delilah gave off an exotic look with her bright red bikini with frilly squares.
