"Hey, Stefanie, how are you doing?" you ask entering with her. She closes the door behind you and looks at you.
"Hey, I'm good. How are you?" she asks, obviously very scared.
"I'm good too, thanks," you answer, smiling in a friendly way, hoping to take her nervosity away. "So, you're alone right?"
She is shaking slightly, anxiously rubbing her left arm with her right hand.
