Sarah is putting on her shoes and is about to step out. While she was having fun with Matt and Tom, she lost a majority of her clothes. She seems to have only put on an oversized hoodie with no pants. You can't tell if she is wearing any underwear or not. It probably won't matter.

"Make sure you give Nicole our regards!" yells Miranda as Sarah walks out the door.

After a short while you see on the screen the door to the restroom opening and Sarah walking in. She does a quick wave to you guys at camera and walks over to Nicole's stall.
