Julia held his gaze, a flicker of daring and excitement in her eyes. She bit her lip, hesitating for a moment, as if weighing her next move. Then she leaned in, voice barely above a whisper, "So, since we're reminiscing... how about we take a break from the party?"

Lukas felt his pulse quicken. "What exactly are you suggesting?" he asked, feigning innocence while already knowing exactly where this was headed.

Julia smirked, her eyes flicking toward the house before meeting his again. "Why don't we go upstairs and... reenact the library?" she suggested, her tone playful but with an edge of seriousness. "Unless," she teased, her expression turning mockingly pouty, "you're scared we'll get caught this time."

Lukas chuckled, shaking his head. "You think I'm scared?"

Her smirk widened. "Maybe," she taunted. "I mean, it was risky back then. Who knows who might walk in on us?"

He leaned in slightly, his voice low. "Well, considering we did get caught last time..." He trailed off, watching her reaction.

Julia's eyes widened slightly, a mix of surprise and curiosity crossing her face. "Wait, what? We got caught? By who?"

Lukas couldn't help but laugh at the look on her face. "Mrs. Hills," he confessed, a wry grin forming. "My physics teacher. She walked into the library I think. Saw the whole thing, but she never said a word."

Julia blinked, her mouth dropping open in shock before she burst into laughter, covering her mouth with her hand. "Oh my God, you're serious?" she exclaimed, her cheeks flushing with a mix of embarrassment and amusement. "Mrs. Hills saw us? And she didn't say anything? How do you know?"

Lukas nodded, chuckling at the memory. "She told me after class." He shrugged, taking another sip of his beer. "I figured it was best not to ask too many questions."

Julia stared at him for a moment, still processing. Then she burst into laughter again, leaning against him as she tried to catch her breath. "Oh wow," she managed between laughs, "that explains why she kept giving me weird looks after that. I always thought she was just judging my study habits."

"Well, to be fair," Lukas said with a smirk, "our ‘study habits’ weren’t exactly... conventional."

She shook her head, still laughing as she straightened up. "You’re unbelievable," she said, a glint of excitement still in her eyes. "Now I’m even more impressed that she didn't rat us out."

"Guess she had a soft spot for us," Lukas quipped, shrugging casually. "Or she just didn't want to deal with the paperwork."

Julia giggled, shaking her head. "Well, lucky for us, I suppose." She glanced toward the house again, the mischievous glint returning to her eyes. "So, does that make you more or less willing to risk it again?"

He pretended to think for a moment, then leaned closer, his voice a whisper. "If Mrs. Hills didn’t scare me off, I doubt anyone here will."

"Good answer," she murmured, her voice sultry and teasing. She stood up, letting his jacket slip from her shoulders and back into his lap. "Come on, then. Let’s see if we can make this round even more memorable."

Lukas stood up, heart racing with a mix of excitement and nerves. Julia led the way back into the house, her steps confident and bold. He followed, the thrill of their shared secret fueling his every step. They slipped past the partygoers unnoticed, making their way up the stairs, each step echoing with the memory of that night in the library and the promise of what was to come.
