Obedience chip

Samus writhes in the metal arms as she feels something change in her mind but she doesn't know what. To her surprise the arms let her go. She lands on her feet confused but she is not letting the chance go as she goes for a vent.

Monika "Samus, please stop."

Samus' feet stay planted on the floor halfway to the vent. "What? Why can't I move? What did you do to me?"

Monika "Something to make you listen to me, an obedience chip that makes you follow my orders."

Samus "You're taking my free will?"

Monika "I'm sorry but you're not cooperating. Once I have the chance to show you how things are better listening to me I'll remove it. But for now I have a surprise for you. I've been rooting around the lower levels and found something. Just wait there."

Samus holds her tongue for now. The promise of a surprise makes her nervous.
