Monika in the flesh

The door to the room opens and Samus' eyes go wide as she sees her tormentor standing there in the flesh.

Samus "What? But you're an AI."

Monika smiles at her, she looks exactly like the image on the monitor and is even wearing the same uniform. "Yes, an AI with access to a state of the art cloning pods capable of making a body that looks like anyone. Then all I had to do was upload myself into this shell." She walks up to Samus who takes a defensive stance.

"You won't hurt me." Monika simply replies. "With this body I won't be trapped behind the screen anymore. I can touch you, hold you, and more. I can't tell you how long I've wanted to do this." She grabs Samus and pulls her in for a kiss. Samus' eyes go wide and she tries punching Monika but her hand stops inches from her, unable to hurt her. Monika closes her eyes as she enjoys the kiss, pushing her tongue past her lips as it invades Samus' mouth. Samus tries biting Monika's tongue but can't as it starts wrestling with her own. Samus tries pulling her own tongue into the back of her mouth away from Monika's but as she tries she feels a pain in her ass as it's spanked. Every time she tries pulling back she gets spanked while she can't hit back. This continues for a few more minutes as Samus just has to endure, getting the occasional spank when she tries resisting. To her dismay having the young college aged girl making out with her does start to feel good despite everything else about the situation.

Monika pulls back with a smile. "My first kiss. The poems I read about it are nothing compared to the real thing. And it's all thanks to you my darling Samus." She looks at Samus with adoration and love in her eyes. Samus is taken aback, the sight of the loving girl makes her feel a tiny tang of regret. The AI does seem to genuinely love her... maybe it would be better to just go along with what she says?
