All right, opens up a literal universe of possibilities before you.

DC: You're a Metahuman, whether natural or through some accident, or maybe a servant of one of the deities or maybe you found a magical artifact or spell or you made a deal with someone.

Marvel: You're a Mutant, superhuman, enhanced, god, servant of a god, or mage/dude who finds/uses a magical item or spell. Or maybe you made a deal with demonic entity to get the power.

Highschool DxD: Why not addict the Devilish, Angelic, and other beauties to tame/claim for yourself and cuck various "powerful" entities. Though is your power a spell, a talent, a Sacred Gear, or something else all together?

Anime: No shortage of places and areas to gain the power in there.

Cartoons: Well to simplify it you could always have "Toon Town" meaning a town that's populated by literally every cartoon character.

Movies? No shortage of women to claim there and maybe you can use any talents they have to further your goals.

A fusion world: Why not? Just fuse a couple worlds or say fuck it and wing it with a world where you stick women you want in it to collect. Of course, you could also just be a multiverse traveler and are collecting women and then taking them back to wherever you call home.

Our World? Plenty of Celebrities and random women to enjoy

Video Games? Well Smash Bros has almost all Nintendo games in it and some that aren't Nintendo, so a fusion world wouldn't be that weird

And there's no doubt others too.
