Not a lot of movie watching

Zayne opened the door to his apartment and pulled me in. Right on the other side of the door, were Cassidy and her two friends; Rose, and Amy. Seeing me, they grinned ear to ear as if it was my birthday or something, and they had their phones out in filming position. "Hey guys!" I greeted with a shy smile as I was stared at by my friends like this. Why were they staring? Even Zayne take appreciative glances at me every once in awhile.

"Hey Jack!" Cassidy starts, "It's soo good to see you.." Zayne glanced at her, "... in that nice outfit!"

"Thanks? What are you guys doing here?"

"Movie night." she replied.

Huh, I completely forgot about that, I just thought I came here to wash off all the markers that though smudged, are still on my body, I could use a shower after all. Yet I see bowls of snacks on the tables.

"But Zayne texted us saying you just discovered your statue power. We wanna see it." She and her friends nodded while grinning. Cassidy and her friends weren't hiding their fascination with me. Is that why everyone in this room is staring, they wanted to see my powers? Cassidy turned to whisper something to Zayne while still filming me on her phone, and I watched as she whispered to her friends, I wonder what they were talking about.

"Any time now." Zayne said, encouraging me to showcase my power. With that, I lifted my hands, and was able to focus and turn it into stone. My whole hand was in rocky form, but I was able to move it all at will. Cassidy and her friends just gawked at the sight. "Do more, Jack-my-bee." Zayne encouraged.

"Alright." The petrification of my hand cascaded to my arms, before the rest of my body. I was in rocky form, I felt heavier, slower, but I could completely move! I still am able to see, and I watched Cassidy and her friends taking pictures. They all began to surround me.

"Can he still hear us?" Cassidy asked.

"Can we touch him?" Rose peaked up.

"He is huge down there, have you two-"

"No one's touching anyone." Zayne approached us all. "I'm sure he can hear you, right Jack?"

I nodded, "Sure can."

The friends squealed, Amy first said, "Can we um... write on you?"

I remember the guy earlier signing on my black shirt, and of course my arms are full of signatures from the parks, what's a few more? "Sure." I shrugged.

They all wrote on my body, I can't really see what they wrote on my clothes. "When do you plan on making him realize?" Cassidy asked Zayne quietly, I suppose I wasn't suppose to hear it, so I just pretend I didn't.

"I have no plans at the moment." he smirked seeing me still, I just smiled back at him. "You can turn to your regular self now." He didn't use his power on me, but I transformed back normal.
