Not Quite

"Here we are." Kagiyama says getting out of the car. Kallen, Liz and Sugano quickly join him.

Let's hurry. Kallen thinks to the others, since Sugano used her Stigma to let them communicate telepathically. The four quickly enter the Dungeon and immediately see some smoke from further up the mountain. They run to the smoke, ignoring the cave, and quickly find the hole the Devil of Strength made.

Holy shit! Liz thinks as she looks through the ground seeing the mana beneath. Sugano cast your Water Ball spell. She continues taking Suganos hand and aiming it. Sugano casts it and sends it through the hole, still covered in smoke. The four then jump down and land just as they see a dark black ball disappear.

"ERIC!" They hear Hino shout and turn to see her running to him. He's collapsed ln the ground and has blood all over his back and left arm. Kallen quickly finds Myla and runs to her side. Sugano pulls out her phone and starts calling for their healing Lyna to meet them outside the Dungeon. Kagiyama and Liz run over to Eric and Hino.

"What happened?" Kagiyama asks his daughter, whose crying and holding Eric's body close to her.

"The Devil of Temptation was here. He called the Devil of Strength to help him and they tried to capture him. He used his spatial magic to swap with me knowing they wouldn't kill him. Then he keep attacking and managed to make the Devil of Strength kneel in pain. Then they fled." She replied not taking her eyes off Eric.

"What were the Devils doing here?" Liz asks while pulling out three scrolls. She tosses two to Kallen. Who is carrying Myla over the them. They land on Mylas body and Sugano comes over and picks them up. She opens one and unleashes the healing spell sealed within. While she does that Liz opens the third and uses it on Eric. His wounds start to close but not entirely and she uses another. This one manages to stop most of the bleeding.

"I don't know. The Devil of Temptation said something about needing corpses for his associates. We only found one spider by the entrance. When we got here the boss was already dead. He took the corpse with him but we don't know why." Hino replies having calmed down since Eric's life isn't in danger anymore. "How's Myla? She got knocked out at the start but she managed to block it." She asks as Kallen sets Myla down.

"She's mostly fine. It seems that when she hit the wall she knocked her head against it, knocking her out. She has a few broken bones and a deep cut but nothing some healing magic won't fix up. But her shield has been smashed." Kallen answers placing her shield on the ground. Saying it's been smashed is an understatement. There's a hole in it from getting hit and the metal around it is smashed inward making half the shield useless. For a while they remain silent. Then Suganos phone starts ringing and they carry Myla and Eric out of the Dungeon. Three Lyna are waiting outside, all of which have a green plus on their matching shirts. They take the two wounded and carry them into a van that then takes off. They're going to the joint guild hall and will cast some healing spells on the way. The five others get back in the car they took to get there and head back to the hall as well. Once there they go to the meeting room and Hino tells them what happened.

"So the Devil was collecting corpses?" Liz asked confused.

"Yes, but all he said was that a associate of his specialized in corpses and wanted to improve they're craft. He also said that his associate doesn't have a name but he calls him Necky." Hino answers, still depressed about the fight.

"I wonder who that is? Is their a Devil of Corpses or something?" Liz asks half serious half joking.

"It could be the Litch King. That could also explain why the Golden Devil was working with the Katorg guild. The Devils and the Litch King could be working together and made a deal with the Katorg guild. The Devils help the Katorg in exchange for corpses from the Katorg." Sugano says making Kagiyama think.

"Yes, but why would the Devils and the Litch King be working together?" He asks to no one in particular. Suddenly the door burst open and one of the Silver Gardens beast man fighters runs in flustered.

"S-sorry sir but someone's here to see you. They said they won't take no for an answer." He says quickly.

"Who is it?" Kallen asks him standing up.

"He said you'd know him as Larion." The beast man answers. Kallen looks at him shocked before turning around and looking to the others for, well, anything. Kagiyama stands up and Sugano does the same.

"Come on! I want to see if it's him!" Liz says standing herself and Hino does too. Kallen sighs and turns back to the beast man.

"Lead the way." He says and they start walking down the hall. They get to the Silver Gardens cafeteria and see a crowd gathered around the door to the entrance. The door has been blown off and has been smashed into a table across the doorway. The crowd slowly makes a path for Kallen and the others. Once they get to the doorway they see two people with a few others laying on the ground next to them. They're **** and injured but clearly not dead. The two are wearing masks and one has a cloak. The one with a cloak is smaller than the other and their mask is that of a fox. They're wearing a brown cloak wrapped around them, covering everything. The taller one has a white mask with a lion painted in blood red paint. The lion has a fierce expression, like it's trying to intimidate all who look at it. This person isn't wearing a cloak but instead has tight black clothing, showing his abs. It continues on to his sleeves and gloves. His pants are a bit more loose and they continue down to his boots. Both outfits show zero skin.

"Good, your here." The masked Lion says.

"Who are you? Why are you here?" Kallen asks him.

"I go by Larion and we need to talk." The Lion says.
