Nope, they soon move in!

Issei looked up as Rias and Sona arrived, everyone else in tow. Issei noticed that Sona's other five Peerage members were all attractive girls, her two Bishops, Momo and Reya, her Rook, Tsubasa, her Knight, Tomoe, and her Queen, Tsubaki. "Status report," Sona stated seriously, and Saji straightened.

"We followed the enemy to this church building, and have been waiting for you," Saji explained with a discipline he hadn't shown when he had first met Issei. "Hyoudou has transferred the power of his dormant Pawn Pieces to Raynare and the the two Exorcists, and with a promotion, we should get a nice edge over our enemies."

"Good," Rias stated. "We're going to need every advantage we can get, given we are going up against Kokabiel. Is everyone ready?" They all nodded, and they moved towards the church, moving cautiously to avoid any traps.

"...this is feeling too easy..." Issei mused, before they pushed open the doors. Freed and Valper were standing together, the three stolen Excaliburs floating within a spell circle.

"Took you guys long enough," Freed sneered as Issei, Saji, Raynare, Irina and Xenovia wasted no time in promoting themselves to Queens.

"Pity," Valper stated, but having a mad grin all the same. "I would have preferred if the two Exorcists brought their Excaliburs here, but they chose caution... Oh well, three for now will do..."

"...just what are you two doing!?" Akeno demanded. "And where's Kokabiel?"

Freed carelessly dug his finger in his ear. "In order, we're remaking the original Excalibur, one fragment at a time, though we're starting with three... And look up," he smirked.

They obliged, and, on a throne that rested upon a spell circle floating in the air, was a Fallen Angel with ten wings. "Well, well, the Gremory and Sitri heirs... I am so reminded of Sirzechs and Serafall, it makes me positively nauseous..." he stated with a sneer.

"Serafall?" Issei blinked, looking at Sona, who awkwardly looked aside.

"...my sister, and one of the Satans..." she admitted. Apparently, the subject was embarrassing for her for some reason. Issei decided against prying further, especially given the current situation.

"Heheh, this is a wonderful turn of events..." Kokabiel sneered. "If I were to violate and kill the siblings of two of the Satans, I'd certainly gain their wrath... Add that to the theft of Excaliburs... And then war would be inevitable...

"You... You're actually trying to restart the war!?" Sona demanded, shocked. She had thought that Kokabiel has simply gotten too greedy in trying to strengthen the position of the Fallen.

Kokabiel started laughing maniacally. "Of course I am! Azazel is a coward who won't do what's needed to ensure the Fallen are in our rightful place at the top of the ladder! Had the war continued, we would have won against the inferior Angels and Devils!"

"...Damn warmonger..." Rias growled.

"If you want Rias and Sona, you're going to have to go through me!" Issei declared, Boosting again, and transferring the power to Rias, who immediately prepared a blast with the Power of Destruction, and launched it right at Kokabiel.
