Noise Violation

Bella gets an alert to check up on a noise violation situation, in a small suburban neighborhood. She was hoping for a potential bust, or something that was more interesting than a noisy neighbor. Driving near a house that had too many cars parked in the driveway, on the side of the street and two on the backyard, Bella knew that this is where the party's at.

Next door was a smaller house, front and backyard flower gardens surrounded by a white picket fence, envelopes stacked on top of a newspaper in an open mailbox and a wooden porch swing swaying gently in the evening breeze. Bella summed up that that's where the call came from. Bella was itching for some action, but the responsible thing in any case, is to check the victim first.

As the pounding muffled music was practically begging for her attention...
