Does Lisa Comply?
No
I don't like being threatened. Piss off - Lisa
Fair enough
I closed my phone. I tried. Her timing was perfect actually. I was having lunch with Sarah. "Hey Sarah, you think you can help me with something?"
"Oh? Something for Kat?" she said excitedly.
"Kind of. I want to surprise Samuel. Could you keep him distracted while I set up the party," I said with a warm smile.
"Okay! I have class with him right after this. I'll ask for help after class and keep him distracted," she said.
"Perfect," I said. I took off soon after that. I couldn't do it at night since my **** curfew. Samuel also probably had alerts on his phone. I couldn't break in while he was in class. But if Sarah managed to distract him. I could have a few minutes of safety. I needed to find something. If Lisa was right, and there were multiple books. Finding some of them and destroying them would be enough. Even if Samuel had one on him. Reducing him to one would be at least something. Plus, the deeper part of my plan was much worse.
I made it outside his house. Waiting for the click of the hour. 2:56. Four minutes and it would be go time.
I held my baseball bat closer to my chest. Waiting for the moment. Like a bullet, to let me be free.
3PM.
I dashed to the door, I quickly broke the window and unlocked the door. Inside was creepy. Everything was so perfect, so organized. Nothing obvious, Samuel wouldn't leave things in places like that. I looked for things out of place. Hidden switches? Locks. Nothing immediately called out to me, but then I saw it. His bathroom door, was a bit too clean. The entire place was clean but that door, it almost seemed to sparkle. I looked in the bathroom drawers and found a screwdriver. Now that is odd. I began unscrewing the hinge and... pay dirt! I found a notebook in the wall behind the hinge.
I grabbed a pen.
Samuel Evans, Rule. You cannot write anything.
Lisa Wong, Belief. You need to stop Samuel at any cost.
I took out my phone and called Lisa. Her texting me was useful. I had her phone number now.
"Lisa! I wonder if you have reconsidered," I asked.
"Actually. Maybe you are right. Maybe Samuel needs to be stopped. It would be an insane challenge. It is thrilling thinking about it."
"Let's meet up by the cafe. I got one of the books. I will give it to you. Your the queen that can win this game," I said. As got off the phone. I ran by Samuel's desk and hit it with my baseball bat. Causing his computer to fall over. I hit it a few more times to make sure it was fucked up. Then I took off running. Samuel could still ask someone to write in his book for him. I needed to get this book to Lisa. After that, I might have already won.
I didn't let anything slow me down. I ran full speed. I didn't care about my legs or arms crying in pain. I just pushed myself.
Does she manage to pass the book off to Lisa?
