Wouldn't that be nice, you chuckle to yourself. You select it. The screen flashes and the rule you clicked on is suddenly gone. Nothing else seems to happen. All of the other rules are still listed. You aren't sure what you're supposed to do next. Maybe you have to make a payment. Whatever. You decide to check back later, maybe when you're on lunch break.

You put your phone away and turn your attention back to the street before you. You freeze in place - your eyes unblinking. It's not possible. You know what the app said. You know what you pressed. But it's not POSSIBLE. And yet...as your jaw hangs loosely and goosebumps race across your body, you can't help but notice that all of the women you see now have massive tits. WTF.

You just stand there a moment, your brain desperately trying to reconcile what you're seeing with what you know reality to be. You finally blink. Your eyes briefly registering their annoyance. The massive melons are still on display. Everywhere. There are no small breasts to be found on any adult woman you can see. Your hand is in your pocket in a flash, clawing for your phone and that insane app...

You don't understand how this can be but you feel another quick test is required - just to be sure. Phone in hand, you scroll through the list, skipping over a bunch of nonsense you'd never dream of implementing, and finally land on something worth trying.

WORLD POPULATION CHANGE - 25% MALE / 75% FEMALE.

You select it and the link disappears from the list like the last one did. You look up and, sure as shit - half of the men that were there a moment ago are gone. They've been replaced with an equal number of new women - all of them with impressive racks. Damn. This could get fun. You grin widely, imagining the things you might try. Then it hits you... you nearly forgot the most important thing to do right now. That message said someone was searching for the app...

Well, you aren't an idiot - not a complete idiot, anyway. Sure, there was that one time... when you tried bleaching your hair with a bottle of lemon fresh bleach that you found under the bathroom sink. No hair lightening, but you did get some gnarly chemical burns for a while. Fun times. But you aren't a teenager anymore, you're a lot more thoughtful these days. More careful.

Like now, for instance. You're not the least bit interested in having some strange, clandestine agency stalking you and the app - your new superpower. No. That won't do at all. Why the guy who sent you the app didn't solve the problem you'll likely never know. His loss, though.

You bypass the string of suggested rule changes, realizing instinctively that they're just that - suggestions, and you scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and click the last link.

You begin typing immediately, knowing precisely what you need to change next. You begin typing...

App: "RULES OF THE WORLD" is unknown to all but me, John West. No one is searching for it, or me.

No one will believe such an app exists or could exist.

No one will remember previous rules or elements which have been altered by use of the app.

There, all clear. That should clear any pending threats. Part of you still wonders who was searching for the app, but you're fairly certain you wouldn't have enjoyed meeting them. Now... time for the good stuff!
