"What?!" you say in disbelief, "How can you not see the change? I doubled their size for you!" you add completely at a loss as to why she doesn't notice.

"What world have you been living on James? My breasts have always been this size," Sarah answers, readjusting her top slightly, showing off more of her cleavage, "Why would you raise my hopes like that? You know how much I want a bit more up top!" she adds getting upset.
