No? But something when we're there

We get back to our apartment without any incident, though I keep getting the feeling we're being watched. I don't notice anything though, so I just shrug it off. Once we're back, Maddie and I each go to get changed, when my phone goes off with a text. When I take a look, I see it's from Ellie.

Heyyyy, Matt-kun! Was that you Ellie-chan heard coming in?
Yeah, Why?
Tess-chan was wondering if we could come over and hang again, watch some more of that show. We'll bring dinner!
I think this over for a few seconds, before responding with Let me check with Maddie, but I don't think she'll mind.
This is actually interesting, Ellie never showed much interest in anime when we were in high school. I wonder if she has anything else in mind, or if she's just that willing to indulge Tess. Makes me wonder about their relationship, because it's pretty obvious that Ellie's very protective of Tess.

After I change out of my work stuff, I head out and see Maddie looking through the fridge. "How would you feel about not needing to cook tonight?"

She looks over her shoulder at me, "Why, are you offering?"

I shake my head, "No, Ellie just got a hold of me. Her and Tess are wanting to come watch some more Slayers, and offered to bring dinner."

Her eyebrows go up at that, though I notice the tips of her hair get a faint green tint for a second before she asks "Well, would they be willing to help us finish unpacking first? With a little help, we can get the last of it done in less than an hour, I think."

I look around at the handful of boxes I didn't get to yesterday. She's not wrong, with four extra hands this would go real quick. "I'll let her know," I say, as I pull my phone back up.
Hey, Maddie's cool with it, but she asks if you two would be willing to help us finish unpacking first, shouldn't take long.
A few seconds later I get a response Sounds good to us! You like Chinese food?
Yeah, Pork lo-mein for me, and Mapo Tofu for Mads

I let Maddie know that they're getting Chinese, then decide that since it's just going to be the three of us, I will go ahead and try the Ecchi Life PC. I set it, then head into the living room and have a seat, browsing through the app as I do. As I'm looking through Ellie's profile, I find a perfect addition to her Klutz Service.

I wonder how that will pair with my Ecchi Life one, but at the very least it will make it so she's being shown off even when I have it off. Being an exhibitionist, I'm sure she won't mind it, so I go ahead and buy it for her, then head to Tess's profile to see what all I can find for her. I manage to come across

Sounds like a winner to me. I go ahead and get it, which drops me down to 19 gems, but I'm pretty happy with things for now. I close out of the app and check my other social media feeds while we wait for Ellie and Tess to show up.
