Sarah who was already sick of the bullshits of this day, saw it as another agression. Sure, she basically stole it, but he was a man. In this world, he already had all, he didn't have to whore himself out to get education. He was a client of Spencer, so he probably had the idea that every woman could be bought.

"No !" She shouted.

The man seemed surprised, he probably thought that she would obedient and easy to convice like the girls he was paying.

"No, I won't give it back ! Don't you think that you already have enough ? You have your high paid jobs, scholarships, control over the politics and economics. But we have to work hard to have only part of that, some girls have to sell their bodies to pay for their courses. So, no, I keep it !" Yelled Sarah.

She started to walk away, her anger calming down with this burst, she was starting to realise that if he wanted the ring he could take it back by ****, and it scared her. But then to her disbelief, she heard.

"You're right."

She stopped right on her tracks, and looked at him. He seemed uneasy and way less confident than the moment before.

"I have money, a good job, I'm good looking, I can pay any girl I want for sex. I've been quite privileged. I'm sorry, you can keep the ring, and if can be useful in anything, I am willing to help."

Sarah was surprised how easily he changed his mind. But he seemed honest, she stood a moment, her jaw hanging in disbelief. She didn't know what to do next, so, she just told him.

"If you want to help, maybe you could try to make the world better for women ? Tell people how unfair all of this is, join a group that support the cause, show that not all men think we can be paid for favors..."

The man nodded energetically. "Yes, I will do that, thank you."

And with that he left, leaving Sarah shocked by how all of this went smoothly. She stood there for a moment in an expression of surprise and confusion, before taking the stairs to her floor.

At the appartment, Sarah found Spencer finishing the clean up. It was in a better shape than it was for the last few month.

"Hi ! You're back already ?" Asked Spencer.

The girl pulled a chair and sit at the table before leaning on it and feeling the cold stratified wood against her cheek.

"Yeah... I wasn't feeling too well." She said.

"Oh, sorry..." Said her roommate. "Did you bumped into Jake ? He lost his ring, it seemed important to him, so I thought you could have seen it..."

"Yes, he asked it back, but I convinced him to let me have it."

"Oh ? You gave him a blowjob, or you did it in a quiet spot ?"

Sarah jumped on her seat.

"I did not fuck him for a ring ! I convinced him that men had already a lot and that he should focus on helping women having a better life !" She yelled.

Spencer looked at her with suspicion.

"You convinced Jake to give you his ring and to treat women better ?" She asked.

"Yes ! Is that difficult to believe ?"

Now that she's thinking about it, it was true that she never been really good at giving motivational speech. Jake was probably one of the first persons to have listen to her. And she was really proud of that !

"Well, it's true ! I swear ! I told him that he should be... uh... more considerate to us and that he was really privileged, and he understood ! Do you like selling yourself so much that you're not happy that I convinced a man to help us getting more respect ?" Sarah said with enthusiasm.

Spencer suddenly looked at her with very serious look.

"Yes, Sarah, I'm not happy about that. I love my job ! I love being treated like a piece of meat you can buy and fuck without any feeling of attachment. Sarah lost composure and let herself fall on the chair.

"What ??" She said with such a soft voice that it was almost a murmur.

She never expected that answer, she couldn't imagine anyone thinking like that. She was even more at lost than ever before.

"Is it... is it common to think that ? Does the other girls who whore themselves, think like that ?" Asked Sarah with a small voice, almost in tears.

"Well of course ! Or we wouldn't do it ! There are other jobs !" Replied Spencer.
