You keep your back turned for the next few minutes, giving her privacy as she changes out of her ripped up clothes and tries on the new pair of pants and shirt.
"Alright Jack. This is good enough. Let's pay this guy and get the hell out of here." After dropping a few gold coins in the palm of the shopkeeper, the two of you do exactly that.
