A few of the girls and Kurt snickered at the awkward look on Zack's face when the bottle stopped on Gavin. Even if they signed up for it, neither of them considered the possibility of interacting with each other so early in the game.

"Well," Zack chuckled nervously. "At least we're not on the kissing stage yet."

His attempt of a joke made some of others laugh, alleviating the somewhat heavy air. On his end, Gavin was more worried about his turn with the bottle than with Zack taking off his shoes, so he almost didn't notice when his best friend did so, going over to him and unlacing his shoes before taking them off.

Hannah and Heather actually clapped as Zack returned to his spot, which brought a small smile to his face. All the eyes then turned to Gavin, who was staring wide-eyed at the bottle.

"Dude, it's not gonna bite you," Kurt chuckled.

"Yeah, go on, Gavin," Taylor encouraged him. "Nothing to worry about, I think."

Gavin briefly glanced at his friend's older sister before nodding. "Right," he said, quickly moving to get a hold of that terrifying bottle.
