Nipples

You swallow and while you are scared of not having enough time, your rather scared of them messing with your holes and so although you have sensitive nipples, you decide to try it. How bad can it be, right....

"N...n...nipples" you nervously say really nervous.

Both nurses smirk at each other in joy and look back at you with wicked looks.

"Are you sure, is that your final answer. You will be locked into your decision and will not be able to stop until we are done. You also will not be able to choose to do the others so you won't gain time."

Won't be able to stop it? How bad will this be? You think to yourself is this a good idea? Should I change?
