Night Two

Shortly thereafter Bathory and Darius parted ways. Darius returned to his crypt, and slept the next day away in his coffin. As the moon rose upon the next night Darius had to decide between returning to his house, or heading to the University.

Fortunately he had always preferred teaching night classes, and as it was a Monday he had not missed any. As he also did not yet wish to confront his wife he opted to go to work.

Outside he decided to test his powers, and he turned into mist, floating towards the University. In mist form he could see, and with every woman he passed he was tempted to take her blood…but he resisted. For there would be plenty of time later in the night.

At the University he found a bush to hide behind, and he again took human form. Quickly he made his way to his classroom. The class he was teaching was called: ‘Gothic Romanticism and its Effects Upon Culture.’ Ironically at the moment the class was reading Dracula, written by Bram Stoker in 1897.
