Nicole Nontoi, AKA "Tit For Tat"

Nicole Nontoi (pronounced "Non-twa") was one of the girls that felt strange among the Night School girls, because she, well, looked so normal. Her hair dark red hair grew down to her lower thigh in length, and looked like it hadn't been even trimmed in years. Any attempt to keep it styled was thwarted by her constant tic of whipping her head around to scan her perimeter. This, combined with her slouch and constant "deer in the headlights" look, had got her in every bully's sights by the first time you two first met.

However, you found out that Nicole spends her time away from school as the super-hero "Tit For Tat", with the power of "Retribution". The way she puts it, any negative action inflicted on her by another person is returned to them in one way or another, with no control from Nicole. This can be something as serious as a wound, as benign as a haircut, or exoteric as having her identity revealed. Nicole is kept at arms length by the rest of The League of Liberty thanks to this, but she still considers the team her closest friends. Her greatest fear is having her powers accidentally kill an innocent, so she keeps her guard up nearly 24/7. As such, there are times when she doesn't talk to another person in weeks, leaving her a flustered mess whenever she does need to talk.

While you don't know whether she is just LARPing or not, strange events keep happening around her whenever someone tries to mess with her...

Clothes: Nicole's superhero suit consists of a heavily armored torso piece she wears at all times, even when off duty. Her arms and legs are less armored, but have loose tourniquets attached to stop bleeding quickly. A small hood is attached to her torso piece, with ballistic armor woven in, along with a pair of goggles, allowing her to switch to her hero costume incredibly fast. Her civilian disguise consists of a button up shirt or polo, which she tucks into her jeans to hide her armored torso, along with a collection of novelty belt buckles that she keeps on rotation. Dana called it the "assistant manager to a steak house" fit, and the name is now unfortunately stuck in your mind. Her normally buxom body is exaggerated by the hard metal chestplate, leading to a nasty rumor that Nicole is padding her chest that she has no way of actually denying.

Relationships: For all the work she does to keep everyone safe, its a pity how dismal her social life is. Keeping buried in her work during the night, she's formed an odd attachment to you as the matchmaker for making friends during the day. However, there are a few girls she can talk to without you around.

Alena: Nicole seems convinced that Alena is an actual mage, and is willing to let her guard down under the assumption Alena can protect herself in case anything happens. Whether that is the case remains to be seen.

Nebula: Nicole treats Nebula less like a friend and more like a police interrogator. Nebula manages to ask strangely leading questions that seem to incriminate Nicole and the rest of the League, but never tips her hand enough to let Nicole know for sure she has her eye on them.

Dana: Dana's rivalry with Nicole is getting worse every day. Dana can never seem to notice that bullying Nicole is the cause of her almost magical embarrassment, so when she gets humiliated, she retaliates at the closest weak person nearby, which is usually Nicole again. Dana calls Nicole "Non-twat" as a rude nickname.
