She quizzed the admiral on how her would transport the army if he had to and as she suspected the army was disorganized and the transport was non exsistant. She call for her finance advisor and ordered 5 transport ships handing him the plans. The general was taken aback as was the admiral that they had not been privy to the plans. Arerto seeing this informed them that these things should have been done by them as part of their duties. Then she went on to say that before they could think of mounting any wars they need to ensure that the borders were secure.

Securing the borders was a two fold undertaking. First they had to build up defense's meaning walls and traps. The plains to the south had to have obstacles put in and to this end Arerto suggested that debris from the wall construction be placed strategically so that cavalry could not easily mass and charge.
