News

You live with your aunt Natasha. Your parents lived in the same state as you, but in another city. You moved into your aunt's house temporarily due to college. You saved a few hours and your aunt saw no problem with that. She was getting old and had no children, and besides, she adores you.

You were greeted by Ruggy. A playful medium-sized dog. This was as close to a son as your aunt Natasha could have in her entire life.

When you arrived in the living room and opened your mouth to call for her, you remembered: Natasha was not there. She had warned you early in the morning that she was going to her niece's birthday and that she would spend the night there due to the distance.

Before going to sleep, you chose to eat a sandwich and take a hot shower afterwards. While you were eating, you heard not one, nor two, but seven police cars passing outside the house in a time window of just fifteen minutes.

Curious, you turned on the television and surfed the news.

A well-known reporter was live in the city center, in front of a hospital, where a cluster of cars (some of them even with dented and discolored sides) gathered in front of the courtyard. Some people looked at the building with concern. In the background, you saw a line of policemen armed with rifles barricading the entrance to the hospital, while some civilians were trying to overtake them. Most of the civilians were without a mask.

The reporter continued to speak. She talked about science experiments and viral mutations, but she focused more on the situation behind her. Then she passed the command on to the station's journalist and they started to tell some weird **** case. Disinterested, you turned off the TV and went to the bathroom.
