When Billy finally woke up, he was lying down strapped to a table for some reason naked, which for him wasn't that strange, as without his inhibitions and knowing just how freaky the nurse was the second he met her, but doing something like this without his consent is still not okay to do no matter how horny she could have been.

"I see you're finally awake." Some strange, rough, feminine-sounding voice said as Billy felt something flick his not-so-little junior. Billy began trying desperately to look around the room to see who it could have been, as it most certainly wasn't the nurse, as she talked like every word could be considered an innuendo from how horny she was for any man or probably anything that was willing and legal.

Just as Billy could feel himself free of one of his straps, he saw a dark orange boot as it slammed the table down, forcing Billy upward as he came face to face with Omega Princess & Black Thunder, two of the worst heroines in the entire world, as while they do all the work and help as many people as they can, they just as often destroy places for any reason they can muster while also having a very condescending attitude towards anyone that isn't each other.

Billy couldn't believe his luck, and not because he had a gorgeous trouble-making woman that he could fix. NO! These bitches were only called upon when they needed to fix someone, and they had total freedom to do so however they damn well pleased, but thankfully for Billy, they weren't here for that part of their job; they were in fact here because whenever someone like Billy gets affected like he had with an enhancement serum or gets a new power, they are called to see what change, if any, is in the person while making sure to put them in their place should they decide to do something foolish.

Once Billy understood what was happening by way of one of the male nurses looking calm, almost Zen-like, like he was doing anything in his power to not get thrown across the building by accidentally touching them or looking upon them with what they assume is a lustful gaze, as between the both of them, they've done so enough times to fill up maybe half of the entire population of the United Kingdom.

The duo ask Billy all about the male nurse that stuck him with his second shot of serum, as they thought something might have been wrong with it, as they didn't seem to know anything about his second shot of enhancement that, while it could have killed him, was something that Billy needed more than he could ever have thought before since without him being on record of getting the third, he would still go unnoticed by the government, as they'd just think he was a masochist for having certain parts of his senses get stronger than the others.

Which was honestly fair, as he was a being of lust that held very few inhibitions, and no one was very interested in finding out what sort of demented games he thought would be fun if he never got his third injection of enhancement.

But that's something Billy would never do, as while he was curious about what would happen if he were to take a third injection, he wasn't really looking forward to the chance of possibly dying, as that's what has been recorded on the multiple public tests that have been studied over the years since these power **** first started existing, and if a person didn't die, they most certainly wished for it, as it seemed like a nightmarish life that made hell look like paradise in comparison.

After about an hour or so of questioning, they finally let Billy go, but he didn't leave the room till about an hour later himself, as when you don't really have control over X-ray vision and you have two very attractive women circling you like sharks in the water, it's kind of hard to, well, not get hard, especially when Omega Princess apparently had piercings and a tramp tattoo of some wing crap that was just barely covered by her pants.

Black Thunder wasn't any better, mind you, as she had her own tattoos, except she didn't really hide hers, as she flat out told everyone how many and where they were located while even giving some spicy pictures just to "get some of the lonely boys' revs running." Or at least that's what she said to a local newsman when he asked about it. But what did make her even or worse, depending on who you ask, was that during all of that she had a little more than one of them all running and strapped to her leg during the entire questioning, and they were most likely attached long before she got here.

When Billy finally left the place, he wasn't really looking forward to anything, but fate wasn't kind, especially when you have a sister who only cares about two things in life, and those are herself and her girlfriend, and sometimes that wasn't even true, but those rarely happened as Danni didn't really like fighting and was for the most part okay with anything, as her parents basically treat her like a rare bird and keep her locked from basically everything.

The only time Stephanie and Danni ever really fought was when Danni was getting pressured from her family to do something, which caused her to get very stressed out and prone to lashing out at everyone and not just Billy as she tried to find some way to destress and relax, and from the looks of it, whenever they happened to breathe, as she seemed to even have trouble doing that when stressed out enough.

And today seemed to be one of those times, as the two were arguing about something that Billy couldn't really pick up on, and it wasn't because he couldn't hear what they were saying; it's just that he had no damn idea what half of anything they were saying meant, and the parts he did understand Billy was fairly certain were either slurs or something negative, as he only knew them because Stephanie would call him some of those things before giggling to herself.

"I can't believe you! I mean, what right did you have to do that!?" Danni shouted from the top of her lungs as her elastic-looking skirt, top, and shiny leather jacket were bouncing all over the place, with the things that were meant to jiggle not moving an inch from just how compact her clothes were, as they made her look a couple sizes smaller than she truly was.

"Well, SORRY! I was just trying to do what I thought was best for you!" Stephanie said as she wore her normal clothes except just a tad bit darker, along with her nails being painted black with either cobwebs, bats, spirals, or daggers/stakes being painted either purple or red on her nails.

"I just thought you'd like to make it official!" Stephanie continued shouting as she waved around a small box that would typically be found to contain a ring of some kind, typically an engagement ring, and if that was the case, then where the fuck did she get that kind of money? Stephanie was still technically a student of her school, as she was eighteen and this would be her final year, but she's never really cared about school, as she figured Danni and her brother Billy would do everything for her.

Which meant that she had no experience doing anything really, and that included working, but the most likely answer would probably have to be Sophie giving her money after Stephanie begged, pleaded, and then gave her some puppy dog eyes... it was either that or flat-out ****, but she doesn't know anyone or anywhere skilled enough to do that with anyone but Billy, and the way he is now, there's barely anything he's ashamed of.

"Well... like, of course I liked it, but that doesn't mean you have to propose right in front of my parents." Danni said, looking as shy as she possibly could while also sounding quieter and quieter the more she talked until eventually she just stood there looking more cute than her sexy clothes would normally make her seem.

Before anything else could happen, Billy appeared and took both the girls to his house so that they could yell all they wanted without attracting attention, since a hot goth and a hot-looking slut in a lesbian relationship were most certainly a surefire way to get many people's attention, and when the girls realized they had attracted a giant crowd, they both got very embarrassed as they quietly followed Billy.

"So... can either of you tell me why both of you were screaming your heads off so damn loud that I could hear you all the way from the super clinic?" Billy asked both of them as he sat on a chair looking imposing as he leaned forward, trying his best to look as friendly as possible.

"Well... I wasn't really trying to propose in front of your parents back there. I just... I just thought you might like the ring, and when I tried to give it to you as a present, your parents thought I was proposing, and when I saw the look of fear on your face." Stephanie stops talking for a bit as her tears are now ruining her makeup while also making it hard for anyone to understand her, so after blowing her nose and cleaning herself up, along with her and Danni changing out of their clothes into just giant T-shirts that most likely used to be Billy's, she continued talking.

"I just couldn't stand the thought of you not wanting to be with me, so... So I panicked, okay! I just wanted to know that you actually loved me for me and not because you thought it'd piss off your parents! Is it so wrong to ask and wonder why, also proving my love!?" Stephanie yelled as she frantically held Danni's hand and thigh, and while Billy saw this as a bad sign, Danni seemed to think it was cute and possibly even hot as she just kissed Stephanie, and the two began making out for a solid twenty minutes and only stopped once they heard Maggie come home.

"Ahem. Well, I never meant to harm you, but also I was probably scared because of how sudden it was... well, that and also because my father is pretty scary, but I promise you that I would love to be part of this crazy family and be with you for now and always." After saying that, Danni grabbed the ring and placed it on her ring finger and dragged Stephanie away to her room to continue "talking" in private, which wasn't so private, as Stephanie would later send a recording to Billy.

Billy, meanwhile, was just trying his best to rest and relax before he goes out and explores the town at night again, as while his body is processing everything from his accidental shots, that didn't mean anything to him, as crime would still crime, and if he was going to be a hero, he needed to get some experience with it. However, this time round he was restricted to the neighborhood, as when he tried to go any farther, Omega Princess arrived.

"What the heck do you think you're doing!?" She yelled after ramming herself onto Billy, and from her body and the little show he just watched his sister put on, his third leg was rising fast and hard as it begged for some action other than his own, and Omega Princess wasn't about to be the one to do it. "Trying to rack up some justice points." Billy said as he slowly got up after Omega Princess flew a good distance away just to be safe, which did not help as the wind only made things even worse than before.

"What the heck are Justice Points?" Omega Princess screamed, which gave Billy great shock, as he could have sworn she and all the other heroes knew what it was since it's what he was told was a requirement if he wanted to eventually become a pro hero, as he needed a lot of points in order to even become a pro hero's minion, let alone sidekick, or even try out as a hero.

"It's something that everyone part of wishing to be a part of the association does to bolster their numbers, as it's a requirement to get better treatment and rise up to become a professional hero like you and Black Thunder." Billy said as he showed Omega Princess his phone, which he only had about ten of, as his little trip at the warehouse didn't count, and you get ten just by going through all the tests to even get access to the app.

Seeing the app and reading its name, Omega Princess threw Billy his phone back and installed it onto her own phone, and while Billy couldn't see what was on it, he could tell from her face, no matter how controlled it might have been, that the number probably wasn't anywhere good enough for a pro hero, and she just immediately left Billy alone to look over the area.

When Billy finally went to bed that night, he was back inside his sisters' dream world, and inside, Stephanie and Danni were reigning as queens, with Maggie seeming to either be equal to or have greater power, as she sat behind the two in a much grander chair, while Billy was wearing a butler outfit, holding a sword, and seemed to be swearing allegiance to the trio of women, as each had a chain connected to a collar around his neck.

"Okay, seriously, what the fuck is up with my little sister?" Billy said it loudly as he walked out of the dream room and began messing around with the place, purging it from her twisted superiority complex night after night, with the dream room looking to be the same except Stephanie seemed to be acting **** to Danni and somewhat to Billy as well, as she even began thanking him and doing little favors for him whenever she felt like it or was already there.

As this kept going on, Stephanie eventually changed how she started dressing, as Danni basically lived there and was probably trying to get her soon-to-be wife horny around the clock, so Stephanie went from her normal clothes to wearing some ripped black jeans that were missing one entire leg, a skull-buckled belt, some black and white sneakers, fingerless gloves, a black tank top with a skull and grey heart behind it that showed off most of her stomach, and a grey jacket that covered the same amount as her top.

This seemed to work very well, as almost every day there were sounds and videos coming from the room till school started again, which was also when Danni got used to Stephanie's new look, along with Stephanie seeming a lot more friendly with her brother as she started giving him tips on how to look his best and actually get a date... probably because he was so backed up that he was almost always hard, and his sister seemed to love giving him blue balls.

But before Billy began working for the school, he had finally gotten enough alone time to inject himself with a second batch of Mind Control that, during one of his patrols, he found in someone's car along with many other illegal powders.

After taking it, Billy found he could go inside at least two people's minds while they slept, along with giving people very basic commands while they were awake, and I'm talking maybe one or two words max type of commands. That was all he could muster at the moment, and with these powers, Billy started messing with Danni as well since he wanted to see the two were happy.

"Okay, you know what? I shouldn't even be surprised since she is my future sister-in-law, but still, what the fuck, man!?" Billy wondered as he opened his eyes inside Danni's dream after his sister's newest dream, which at least got rid of the weird and kinky chains around his neck.
