New Armor!

"We're getting off topic." Treena says while gently pushing Liz and I apart.

"We'll come back to this." Liz warns me.

"Can't wait." I reply before we sit back down.

"So Eric, the government official will visit us tomorrow morning. Can you come by then?" Treena asks.

"Yeah, what time exactly? Oh, and when are we signing the Pact?" I ask back.

"He's scheduled to visit at 10 AM. But knowing him, we believe he might arrive early. We'd like you to be there by 8, if possible. And we'll sign the Pact tomorrow morning. As Liz said, most Guilds would try to negotiate better terms or something similar. So we didn't have her create the Pact yet since we thought you'd want to change it." She explains and I nod.

"Yep, now that we're done here. I'm off!" Layla says while standing and leaving the room.

"Sorry about her Eric. She feels uncomfortable outside of the forest. Partially because she can't bring her staff with her. But also because we're really far from the Forest Core that created us." Treena says.

"It's fine. But does being far from the Core bother you?" I ask and she nods.

"There's a link between us and the Core. It's where we get our powers from, after all. So when we get far, the link gets stretched thin. We lose a bit of our powers, but we also start to feel numb. It's hard to explain. Oh, but Layla's powers are within her own body, not the Core. This way she can protect the forest better. However, she still feels uncomfortable and numb if we leave the forest." Treena explains and I see Liz nodding in agreement.

"I'm going to follow Layla's lead then. There's something I need to do." I say while standing up.

"I'm going to stay for a while. I want to catch up with Treena." Liz says as I leave. I enter my Domain and walk upstairs. I hear the familiar sounds of Luna and Innu sparing outside. I enter the Alchemy workshop and am surprised to find it empty. I find a piece of paper and write a note. I leave it on the counter, letting Ramia know I've taken some of the Mythos plants from the box. I then walk back over to it and open it up. I take out and store 15 Silver Vines, 30 bundles of Chaos Cotten, and two of the Blue Lotus Flowers. I use Craft to turn the Chaos Cotten into Chaos Thread. I walk down to my Blacksmith's workshop and melt down the Silver Vines. I melt the Blue Lotus Flowers into it. Then I pour them out into two separate thin sheets. Each sheet comes out to be a bit smaller than the door to my workshop. I then start weaving the thread together. I make a shirt and pants from them. Then I measure the shirt and pants before cutting the thin metal sheets. I cut them before sewing them onto the outside of my shirt and pants. I make them act as armored plates, leaving enough room in between to not hinder my movements. Once I'm done, I use the rest of the Thread to create another layer over the metal. This hides it, and I smile. It's not as bulky as I feared it would be. I take my new armored shirt and pants upstairs. I go to my Enchanting room and set them on the table. I Enchant them with my blood. I take out my two Hearts and place them next to my armor. My Heart is still inside the white jar, while Kurdes's Heart is in a black box. It's smooth to the touch and is slightly reflective. I pick up the white jar and cast Enchant on the shirt. I see a blue mist flow through the jar and into the shirt. I set the now empty jar back down and pick up the box. I cast Enchant on the pants and a black mist flows from the box. Once it's done I set it down and Observe my new shirt and pants.

Chaotic Silver Lotus Shirt Lvl 150, Mythos

This black shirt has several long streaks of red, in a lightning bolt pattern. The shirt has been reinforced with Silver Vines mixed with a Blue Lotus Flower. This greatly increases its defense and mana. The metal is cut to not hinder any movement and is incredibly light. The Chaos Threads have been Enchanted with Eric Steeles Mana Circuits. The Thread has changed to better suit him. It has been Enchanted with Eric Steeles Heart. This has boosted its mana significantly and given it a new Skill. It provides 250 defense to your chest. It gives you +100 Max HP, +250 Max MP, +5 MP Regen/Minute, and +10 to all your stats. Hidden Properties: The Heart has given the armor the Skill Mimic. Mimic will allow you to copy a targeted Skill or Spell. The Skill or Spell must be one that you have seen while wearing the armor. You can only have one Skill or Spell copied at a time. The Spell or Skill must be an Active one, with an MP Cost. The MP Cost will be 1.5 times the normal Cost of the Mimiced Spell or Skill.

Chaotic Silver Lotus Pants Lvl 150, Mythos

The Thread has changed to better suit him. It has been Enchanted with the Dark Gods, Kurdes's Heart. This boosts the Strength of the armor and provides a new Skill. It provides 250 defense to your waist and legs. It gives you +250 Max HP, +100 Max MP, +5 HP Regen/Hour, and +75 STR. Hidden Properties: The Heart has given the armor the Skill Buso Kaijo. Buso Kaijo is a very powerful disarming Spell. You must clap for the spell to activate. It will create a small ring of mist around your hands. It will quickly grow and travel 30 feet around you. The mist will attach itself to any weapon it comes into contact with. It will cause intense pain to anyone who tries to wield them. The pain will be determined by your Strength. The Spell will last for an hour, or until you deactivate it. It will affect your weapon and any companions you have as well. MP Cost 200.
