I need to get away, you think to yourself as you are running through the busy streets of the station.

The place is called Jafar. It is one of the scattered outlaw dwellings in the Zeta Sector, where folks from the underworld exchange slaves, play casino, look for jobs, or just decide to drink until they drop. In your case, you came here for the third option. Maybe the forth once you get your assignment. But as it turns out, going here was a bad idea.

The moment you started lurking around, you came across a pirate gang that you pissed off during your ventures. What's worse, you didn't even know that you pissed them off until one of them punched you in the jaw (through hearsay, you identify him as the captain), and you were **** to flee the area before they would try their luck with putting a hole in your bulletproof skin.

And yes, you are an adenian.

Nel A'enTva. Twenty-two years old. One of the few genetically altered humans to still roam around the stars. With green skin, designed to shrug of bullets like nothing. Stronger muscles, bones, joints and tendons. And of course: an enhanced cognitive output so you could easily outsmart your foes.

But in this case, being on the streets that are entirely populated by the unmodded, your green skin is enough to negate all your advantages. What's worse, the locals hate your kind, and every time you pass a group of people, they point a finger where you are headed. And that makes this escape one hell of a challenge.

A quick turn, a set of zigzagging steps among the crowd, then from the corner of your eyes, you can see one of the crew with a teaser heading towards you. You take another turn, and you run like hell, however two darts from the teaser collide into your leg, penetrating the flight suit's material.

This is bad! you think to yourself. Then the darts give out an electroshock, and you collapse on the floor ****.
