Nearing the top.

We'd barely stepped into the room when we saw green smoke covering the floor, slowly getting a little thicker. A moment later and some huge headed STEREOTYPE ON LEGS came charging at us! First thing we had to do? DODGE! Everyone avoided the guy charging with his head down, Mammoth barely getting out of the way in time. We saw the guys head SMASH through the wall with a metallic clanging sound. Ah, a metal skull, no wonder he charges at people like that...

Billy Screamed suddenly as fire flew out of the smoke and went through the spot his head had been a moment ago, meanwhile Gizmo had dove down into the smoke and was tinkering with something. As I looked over to See-more, Jinx and Private, I saw them dodging attacks by some guy with talon blades on his bracelets. Shrike using martial arts to try and cut them down, before a shield bash from Private knocked him back. Shrike pulled out guns trying to shoot them as he moved back into the smoke, energy blasts firing from the talons on his bracelets a moment later. I went into the smoke after Shrike, someone with ranged attacks like him needed to be dealt with first.

I found myself surrounded by about 6 Shrikes a few moments later, a mocking smile on his face as he aimed his weapons at me. I heard a click before hearing some sort of fan start blowing away the smoke. A few seconds later and we heard a voice yell out in anger. "No! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Gizmo's laughter cutting through the ensuing silence, talking about how EASY it was for someone like him to shut down a few hologram projectors. I saw the Shrikes vanish one by one before only one remained, he looked annoyed for a moment before starting to shoot at me.

I found out something else in this moment, bullets apparently can't do much to me any more. Turns out that with an agility of 200 I can apparently dodge, even at point blank pretty quickly. I was thankfully getting used to this new speed and strength pretty quickly, which made catching Shrike a bit easier. Then he started to fucking float through the air... Right up until Gizmo caught him in the back with some sort of device that kept him electrocuted and stunned. Gizmo was nice enough to even point out where I could munch on some tech while Shrike was stuck in place. Following his advice I turned my attention towards Scorcher and now that I'm looking at him... That suit looks like unique materials to me and my mask.

Didn't take long to get the drop on Scorcher, he seemed determined to turn Billy into BBQ honestly. Catching his arms and pinning them together my mask opened and chomped onto his hands. The sound of the suit and tech of his gauntlets tearing apart as my mask ate them, leaving his hands bare and his methods of attack practically non existent. He looked at his hands and screamed as a pair of axes were driven down into his neck, huge chunks of his health bar vanishing as I began to swing my axes at him more. I did stop long enough for my mask to help eat his ridiculous looking helmet though, which gave me another notification surprisingly. I'll check it after the fight.

So after Scorcher I turned to find Gizmo mocking Mysterio, laughing at Mysterio about how the BEST he's got is some basic bitch PROJECTORS. A quick message from him told me where the tech was for me to consume. From there I munched on the tech while Gizmo beat Mysterio using his gadgets and the additional limbs from his backpack. This netted me another notification and allowed us to move on to dealing with Hammer head. Before that I made sure to eat Shrikes gauntlets, before curb stomping him to finish him off. With that done I moved to help the others with Hammer Head... Wow he even talks just like a stereotypical New York Mobster.

Thankfully he really wasn't that much of a problem to fight. Between me and Mammoth we were able to trap him, beat him down, and when he did manage to get an arm free he got pelted from all directions by Private, Jinx, Gizmo and See-more. He was able to take quite a healthy bit of damage honestly. Took a good like 8 minutes to bring him down. When we did there was a notification that popped up for EVERYONE to see.

So yeah... That was a bit worrying to read. We took every chance we could to try and relax, to keep ourselves rested up as best as we could. We made our way through the next series of floors, approaching the next boss floor. The sheer numbers of enemies in on the floors leading up were getting staggeringly high. Forget dozens, we're talking like 200 at minimum! So yeah, here we are at floor 90 now, having gone through about 2600 enemies that were a mix of Thugs, Bruisers, Crazy Engineers, Psycho Scientists, with some Ninjas mixed in. I don't know what the fuck AIM is but like HAND I know their numbers are annoying as hell to deal with. Before stepping into floor 90 for the next fight I looked at what I got from the previous boss floor. Mostly cause it JUMPED into my face, but still.

Congratulations on consuming Scorcher and Mysterio's tech, as well as Shrike's weaponry! Unfortunately the reward options for absorbing this tech are limited. Please enjoy your new upgrades.
A spark to start - this upgrade allows you to start absorbing fire attacks. WARNING this does not YET nullify damage taken from the fire, so prepare to HURT in order to advance this ability.
Illusion Immunity - This upgrade allows you to see through illusions, this also helps to fortify your mental defenses a small amount, further increasing it's number of active defenders.
Energy Absorption - This upgrade allows you to absorb minor energy blasts. This can be trained up to eventually absorb stronger energy attacks.
Bladed weaponry- This allows you to slice enemies more easily. How? By ignoring a small amount of their defense, this amount can be improved on with enough training and practice.

Okay, so that last one can certainly help with my axes at least. I also have another small boost to my mental defenses and now I get rewarded by people trying to burn me or blast me with energy. What joy I feel this day. So now that I know about that, it's time to see what this next boss fight is. If I had to guess though, it's probably...
