Naruto helps her

When Naruto went to the hot springs that day, he was expecting to relax, not see Hinata of all people come out of nowhere, stark naked, and flaunt herself. He didn't know her that well, she was always the polite, nice girl sitting in the back who never spoke, but she did not seem to be acting like herself.

And then she fainted.

Okay, that was more like her.

One of the guys in the hot spring swam over to where she lay prone and rolled her onto her back. "Well, I know consent when I hear it," he said, grinning. He eyed her up and down. "Nice."

Naruto swam over to intervene. "Hey, pal, you're gonna wanna back off. See, I know this girl, and she is usually not like this. She...oh, wow, she has boobs!" He had never noticed that before. The coat she always wore left a lot to the imagination, and for once, Naruto's imagination was woefully inadequate. Her breasts were round and surprisingly full for a girl her age, and with her flat stomach and flawless skin...focus! "I'm guessing that she was either **** or temporarily insane." That was feasible, right? They had **** for anything these days, and Naruto felt temporarily insane all the time. "So if you touch her–"

"Then I'll have built in deniability," he replied. "Unless you want to try to stop me?"

"Oh, what the heck," Naruto replied. "Why not?" He punched him in the face.

Punching strangers in Konoha was always risky. Despite being a ninja village, most of the inhabitants were civilians with no combat training at all, but there was always the chance that you managed to tick off a physical god. Judging by how the guy was knocked out in one hit, sank into the water, and slowly began to drown, Naruto had to guess that he was a civilian.

Naruto looked at the rest of the people in the hot spring. "Um, could one of you guys handle that? I'm busy with this." He picked up Hinata's supple, smooth, wet–focus!–form and slung her over his shoulder, careful to keep on hand over her, um, part between her legs. It wasn't that he was trying to feel her up (although it did feel nice and soft and...a bit slimy?), but because he knew that, if Hinata had been in her right mind, she wouldn't have wanted everyone looking at it.

Everyone else continued watching him, or rather her, happy to enjoy the show. Well, they were going to get disappointed when he cut short the entertainment, because there was no way he was going to leave Hinata here and wait for her to wake up.

He could just jump over the fence to the women's side and drop her off there. It would probably be best for Hinata, but the rest of the girls on the other side would probably scream and call him pervert and beat him senseless.

Or he could take her into the men's changing room and get dressed to cover up his tremendous boner that was saluting the world, and he'd be able to find a towel or something for Hinata too. Of course, a girl in a towel in the men's locker room wasn't that much safer than a naked girl in the men's hot spring.

A third choice would be to take Hinata straight to his apartment. It wasn't that far away, and he (probably) wouldn't get arrested for streaking, ****, and whatever else the officials felt like making up on the spot.
