For instance: Is it a gift/curse from Kurama? Maybe a way to get payback on the village and/or help Naruto out? He gets to enslave the women of the village that have treated him like shit? Or maybe he's trying to help his friend get laid? That is, assuming Kurama is a her in this after all.

Or maybe it's a bloodline you've had and recently it activated? Maybe because you fucked a girl or maybe Kurama activated it? Or it was suppressed by a seal and you found the key when you stole the forbidden scroll? Or maybe it activates in Wave and it's because you used Kyubi's Chakra for the first time?

And just what is so addictive? Is it only your fluid meaning saliva, sweat, cum, tears, and urine? Is it your touch? Your looks? Your presence? All of them? Is it all at once like some power/bloodlines or do you have to train it up so it starts at one thing and eventually evolves to have more options and effects?
If it does evolve, does it do so through usage or from marking women by cumming inside their wombs or from fully corrupting them (be a bit of a game mechanic where Naruto can see how corrupted someone is or he can gain levels to the power and unlock new applications or upgrade current ones)? Maybe it grows from you stealing some chakra or power from your targets or maybe you need to get chakra from the Biju to power it up?
