PLAYER CHARACTER

SELINA KYLE – A mysterious woman who recently moved to Gotham and began to rent the unfinished penthouse in the old Wheeler-Nicholson apartment building. Indebted to the Penguin for her new identity (i.e. Selina Kyle) she has teamed up with the brilliant Hiro Okamura to become the premiere cat burglar in the city. LIST OF MAJOR NPCS

COBBLEPOT, OSWALD CHESTERFIELD (Penguin) – One of Gotham’s most powerful gangsters whose niche is to provide services for other criminals, i.e. a "fixer" (money laundering, information, fake identification, etc.) He is the owner of the much respected Iceberg Lounge and secretly the high end strip cub Juggernauts and the porn studio Spanking It. Selina owes him $750,000 for her new identity. He likes Selina and thinks she has potential.

DAGGETT, ROLAND – Owner of Daggett Industries and a leading industrialist in Gotham. Thoroughly corrupt, he is a violent and dangerous criminal. He is active in Gotham politics under the disguise of promoting “traditional values.” After receiving a facial scar at the hands of Selina he is determined to have his **** on her.

DENT, HARVEY – The newly elected young district attorney of Gotham City who has promised to clean up the city’s corrupt image. His is the first African-American to hold the position and is famous for being one of the most attractive bachelors in the city. Scandalously, though it actually helped his election, he posed for Playgirl as an undergrad.

ISLEY, DR. PAMELA LILLIAN (Poison Ivy) – Assistant Professor of Toxicogenomics at Gotham University. She hasn't become Poison Ivy yet, but is toying with it. With the exception of Selina herself, Isley is probably the most attractive woman in all of Gotham, though her intense feminist beliefs turns off most men. KNIGHT, SANDRA – An outgoing political science major at Gotham University who rooms with Barbra Gordon. Her more progressive views have caused tension with her father Henry, a U.S. Congressman. Determined to make her own way she works as a stripper at the Penguin’s club Juggernauts under the stage name “Phantom Lady.” (33DD-23-34; 5’8”; 135 lbs; Blue eyes; Black hair)

LARK – The Penguin’s main lieutenant, secretary and body guard. This muscular African-American woman is very loyal to the Penguin, though dislikes Selina. She is a very skilled martial artist. (30B-26-32; 5’10”; 150 lbs; Brown eyes; Black hair)

NDIAYE, OFFICER – A corrupt cop, originally from South Africa, who is on the take to Roland Daggett. He is a massive hulk of a man who is Gotham’s mixed martial champion. His crudeness, ogre like appearance and misogynist ways belie a very cunning and dangerous mind.

OKAMURA, HIRO (Toyman) - A brilliant 18 year old Japanese teenager who is Selina's main ally, partner and the creator of her stealth suit. Generally a good guy who is a walking raging hormone, he does find the temptations of a criminal life romantic and thrilling.

QUINZEL, DR. HARLEEN FRANCES (Harley Quinn) - Assistant Professor of Psychoanalysis at Gotham University. Recently met Pam Isley, aka "Red", at a cognitive neuroscience conference where they became friends and lovers. She hasn't met the Joker, because he doesn't yet exist (see Red Hood), and thus hasn't become the criminal Harley Quinn. (34C-25-35; 5’7”; 140 lbs; Blue eyes; Blonde hair)

RED HOOD – A mysterious brilliant criminal who wears a tuxedo with a red hood and cape. He is one of Gotham’s first costume criminals though nothing is known about his background or identity. He will later become the Joker.

SANDERS, MORRIS – The main doorman at Selina’s apartment who is a divorcee and a kindly older man who has a bit of a crush on the beautiful and exciting Selina.

THOMPKINS, DR. LESLIE - Retired doctor who runs the Park Row Missions for the poor. Leslie knows Bruce Wayne is Batman, but Samantha doesn't know this.

THOMPKINS, DR. LEYLAND - Serologist at Gotham General Hospital. His mother is Leslie Thompkins.

WESKER, ARNOLD (the Ventriloquist) – A shy but mentally confused middle aged man who is trying to run from his family’s gangster past and the voices in his head. Currently, he drives a cab in the city.
