The judge said, "First, you are hereby granted a Notice of Exemption from Wearing Decent Dress until the completion of your retraining. You will be allowed to wear clothes but you will not be allowed to dress yourself nor undress yourself. You will not be allowed to decide what to wear or whether to wear anything or not. I believe part of the problem, young man, is all the designer clothes you have worn which has filled your head with a superiority complex. Therefore, you should experience some helplessness for a while to humble you."

Todd asked, "What about dress codes?"

The laws had already been changed making it unconstitutional for the government to forbid public nudity but individual places were still allowed to set dress codes such as the no shirt, no shoes, no service code in nearly all stores and restaurants.

The judge said, "The second part of your sentence will answer that. You are ordered to keep a backpack with you at all times. The backpack will contain an AI trainer programmed to tell you what to do. You will obey that AI's every instruction. You will also keep a basic shirt, shorts and shoes in your backpack specifically for dress code situations. The clothes will be assigned to you and will have bright orange lettering announcing which retraining program you are in. Certain establishments may impose rules based on your clothes such as how fine dining establishments might require you to stay in designated parts of the establishment so their upstanding citizens don't have to see you. You must never leave your backpack behind. If the AI cannot detect your presence, it will call the police to track you down and further penalties will be assessed. You will also have a GPS implant to make it easy for the police to track you down."

The judge continued, "Third, you will be required to wear a shock collar, a shock cock ring, shock handcuffs and shock anklets. The AI trainer will control these shocks to train you according to its program. Remotes will also be handed to each of your victims so they can shock you too. You're not a **** but you must obey the AI, your victims and anyone else in authority. This includes the right to use you sexually at their discretion."

Todd asked, "You're going to let anyone fuck me?"

The judge said, "Not anyone. It will be limited and the AI is programmed with what those limits are but your victims will be allowed to use you."
