Myla

I turn and see Myla and Hino at the top of the steps.

"Jesus!" Myla says holding her hand over her heart.

"Sorry." I say.

"It's fine." Hino says, although her voice sounds a little ****. She unlocks the door and we walk up. "Here you go. It's a key for the doors." She continues after closing the door. She tosses me a small key and I add it to my others.

"So what did you want to talk about?" Myla asks me as we sit down.

"Have you ever found anyone in a Dungeon before?" I ask them.

"Yeah, some Dungeons have sentient creatures that aren't hostile. In these cases we either enter a pact with them or help integrate them into the guilds. Why?" Hino explains.

"Yesterday Innu, Luna and I entered a Goblin Dungeon. And after beating the Goblin King we found an Elf woman being held captive. She's at my Domain now, and I wanted to ask what I should be doing with her." I explain.

"What do you mean?" Myla asks me.

"Well, like is there something I need to do for her? Like should I be informing the government or registering her as a citizen or anything?"

"No, these cases are rare but what mostly happens, and what I recommend you do, is to let her decide. If she tries to attack you or anything then report her to the government and depending on why she did it she'll either go to jail, or enter a pact and join the Lyna world. So what is she doing now?" Hino says and asks.

"Currently she's in my new Alchemy Workshop. She's an Alchemist and seems to enjoy it." I explain and they look at me shocked.

"Really?" Myla asks in disbelief.

"Yep remember my Observe skill shows me peoples classes, she's an Alchemist." I say and they nod.

"Well, I'd say to talk to her about this. Just lay out her options and answer her questions. Then you can help her do what she chooses. We'll help to, if you want it." Hino says and I thank her. We talk about school and how they're struggling with their math. I give them a quick study lesson before the bell rings. I go to my science class where we finish reviewing for the Midterm. The bell rings and I go to my study period. I think of how I'll ask and explain what Ramia can do before the bell rings. I go home and see my gramps by my door.

"Eric, did you have a good day?" He asks seeing me and I nod. "Good, are you free?"

"Why?" I ask him.

"We need to talk." He answers vaguely.

"Could it wait until tonight?" I ask him and he nods.

"Yeah, but try to hurry alright." He says and I nod. I enter my apartment and then my Domain. I find Innu immediately who hugs me.

"Master!" She says happily.

"Hey Innu. How are you?" I ask her.

"I'm good, and better now that you're here!" She answers and I pet her.

"Innu, where's Ramia? I need to talk with her."

"She's been upstairs all day." Innu says and I thank her. I start walking to the stairs and climb them. I see Innu go outside and knock on the door to my Alchemy Workshop. I hear some rustling behind the door followed by a voice.

"C-Come in!" Ramia shouts through the door. I open it and enter. "Eric, is s-school over already?" She asks and I nod. It's clear from her reaction she lost track of time in here.

"Were you having fun?" I ask and she starts nodding.

"Here." She says while holding some green potions up. "I made these with your Swamp Elemental Core. They're healing potions."

"Thank you Ramia." I say and start petting her reflexively. I quickly stop myself and look to see if she's mad, but she's smiling. "Ramia, we need to talk." I say gently and see looks up at me worried and nods.

"W-what about?"

"Your future. Here let's sit, it'll probably take a while." I say and drag one of the chairs to her while she sits in the one she used. This room came with a few chairs, probably to sit while you wait for ingredients to heat up.

"W-what about my future?" She asks me after we've sit.

"Like what you want to do. I've asked some friends of mine, and they suggested we find out what you want to do. So what do you want to do?" I ask her and she thinks about it.

"I'm not sure." She answers.

"Okay." I say and start thinking. We stay silent for a few minutes before I get an idea. "Ramia, would you want to join my guild? You wouldn't have to fight or anything. You would be our Alchemist. So we'd get you materials and you'd make potions from them. And in return we would give you food and a place to live. Oh and by we I mean me and the three girls you've met. They're members of my guild too, well two are, the other I've yet to register." I say and she looks at me.

"Y-you wouldn't want me to u-use my magic?"

"No. You can if you want but no one would **** you." I say and she starts tearing up. "What's wrong?" I ask, worried I upset her. She hugs me and buries her face into my chest. I start petting her and wait until she's calmed down.
