Mrs. Cleft is a stern teacher

You go bounding down the stairs and nearly slide across the hardwood in your socks in your to answer the door. You swing it open and are greeted by a solemn looking pair.

Mrs. Cleft has dressed up for the occasion as well, with a suit skirt and jacket, and a white blouse. She is even wearing her reading glasses and she has her blond hair up in a bun. Tommy, always a frail nerd, is wearing a t-shirt for some Japanese cartoon and a pair of jeans. Their reactions to your own outfit could not be more different. Mrs. Cleft furrows her brow in anger, Tommy's face colors beet red and his eyes go wide in surprise.

"Hi, Mrs. Cleft! Hi, Tommy!" You wave at them and grin. "My mom told me you would be coming over to talk about something. Why don't you come in?"

"Is there somewhere we could sit down and talk?" Mrs. Cleft asks as she brushes past you.

"Sure, follow me," you say.

You lead them into your stepdad's study. He's got a computer desk and an old loveseat in his office, as well as a dry-erase board that might come in handy.

"This will do fine," Mrs. Cleft nods her approval. "Joy, Tommy, why don't you both have a seat."

You sit together on the loveseat.

"Joy," Mrs. Cleft begins, "your mother is very concerned about some of your recent behavior. She asked me to have a talk with you and perhaps...demonstrate some things. She thought it might help if Tommy was involved."

"Okay, Mrs. Cleft!" You smile cheerily.

"Today I will be talking to you both about human sexuality," Mrs. Cleft pulls a collapsible pointer out of her purse and extends it. "I know you have differing degrees of...experience...but we should probably start with the fundamentals."

Mrs. Cleft launches into a boring lecture about growing bodies and strange feelings. You heard it all years ago from your health teacher and have been living it ever since, but Tommy seems genuinely interested. Your ears perk up when she starts getting into specifics. She describes a variety of body parts and sex acts in dry terminology, but when she mentions demonstrations you really start paying attention.

"Now," Mrs. Cleft seems to be growing a little uncomfortable, "this is a highly unusual situation, but I think **** times call for **** measures and Joy, your mother agrees. What I am going to do is help guide you both through a learning exercise. If either of you would like to leave now I will understand."

Both you and Tommy remain still and stare at his mother.

"Alright, good, now we can begin with the first exercise..."
