Move Toward the Castle.

You decide that all things considered the castle is probably safer than the jungle, as whatever you'll find here will likely at least be civilized to an extent, although the shopkeeper's comment about this area being called "demon pits" has you worried. As you approach the castle alone the narrow stone road you begin to marvel at the construction of it. The stone it's hewn out of looks almost like a dark glassy substance once you get closer to it and the whole structure seems perfectly perched on the small stone island it finds itself on. The place is imposing, towering as tall as it does, ornate and maintained among a sea of burning rock. You hope against hope that whoever lives in such a castle will be hospitable to you but you don't like your odds. As that thought crosses your mind you realize you have a choice to make, with the path in front of you splits into a stairwell that goes down and appears to loop around towards the back of the castle and a straighter path that leads to the front gate. As you weigh the options in your mind it occurs to you that you could probably try to climb the wall as well, although you don't love your chances of actually getting up the castle's walls safely. Which do you choose? Do you go to the front door? Around the back of the castle? Or do you try to climb the wall?
