Morning Meeting.

Monday morning Kate walked into the office and Monica told her that there was a meeting in the conference room. She headed to the room and when she got there she noticed Kimberley her deputy. Sitting with Kimberley were Natasha the CFO, Melania from HR and Julia from security. As she took her seat at the head of the table Kimberley began. She told Kate that various things had been brought to light over the previous weeks. Natasha started with the new rules that Kate had signed which had impacted the company's profits in a negative way. Kate denied signing these new rules but the evidence was there in front of her. Julia was next and she clicked a video showing Kate dressed as a cleaner cleaning the office. The footage was clear as the building's CCTV was the best that money could buy. Kate tried to explain that she was trying to get a feel for the cleaners. Then it was Melania's turn and she produced a brown envelope with Monica's name on the outside.

She then tipped the contents out which Kate recognised as her bra and panties. Melania explained that Monice had made a claim of sexual harassment against Kate. According to the documents, Kate would often approach Monica and try to make advances toward her even though they both knew she didn’t want anything more than professionalism. These accusations shocked Kate deeply, especially since she considered herself open to friendly behaviour but strictly kept away from anything intimate without consent. However, Monica confirmed the claims saying that she had felt pressured and threatened until finally succumbing to Kate's advances in fear of losing her job. Everyone sat in silence after hearing these allegations, feeling the weight of the situation. Kate looked around the room, seeing expressions ranging from confusion to anger directed at her. Then Kimberley played the videos of Kate and a mysterious woman making out together while Kate submitted to her as a ****.

The footage showed her asleep wearing a collar with a **** on it. This information combined with Monica's testimony and Kimberley's strategically chosen words, left everyone questioning whether Kate really belonged at such a senior position. Kimberley told Kate that there were two choices for Kate. They could take the evidence to the full board or Kate could let Natasha, Melania and Julia decide her fate. If she chose the latter option, she wouldn't have to face humiliation before the entire company. Kimberley assured her that whatever decision she made, justice would be served. After what seemed like an eternity, Kate responded, "I choose the second option." Kimberley ushered Kate out of the conference room so the others could confer' "Well ladies what are we going to do with Kate?" Natasha asked Melania and Julia." What punishment should we give her?" Julia suggested I think we should just fire her from the company to avoid a scandal. We can't allow someone with such poor judgment to continue working here.

That said, we also need to ensure our employees understand that such behaviour will not be tolerated," replied Natasha. They called Kimberley and Kate back into the conference room and told them to sit down. Melania told them that Kate's behaviour was unacceptable which had caused the company to lose money. Her actions had also distressed Monica to the point that she had considered resigning. Her actions outside of the office were her own affair but inside the office, they concerned everyone. Kate looked nervous as Melania continued and Kimberley just smirked as Melania listed all the evidence again. She knew that Kate was about to fall from her lofty pedestal hard. Melania finished then Natasha spoke informing Kate that after their deliberations they had come to a decision about her future. Kate sat there holding her breath waiting for the verdict to be passed. She was expecting a slap on the wrist. She was about to get the shock of her life.
