Morgan reads your contract while you get flogged

You wake suddenly as a whip snaps across your back. You scream but if comes out muffled through the ball gag that's now in your mouth. Your arms are tied to the foot and head of one of the bed frames and your legs are cuffed to a bar that was probably in that toy box you just lugged up from Amber's car. You hear Morgan instructing her sister "you need to snap it more. Amber show her how to do it." Another blow comes from a slightly different angle and it hurts much more. "Excellent! That'll wake him up for sure. Try again once more Elsie and then we'll begin the ceremony." Another strike came from the original side, and it hurt much more this time. "Great! Now let's begin. Amber, you lay claim to this victim to become your new boy toy. Per our cheer traditions at this college, you are each entitled to your own boy toy, but you are required to share your toys...and train them...with each other. You may share them with other cheerleaders or athletes but that is entirely up to Amber."

You shout a protest, but it's nothing coherent. You feel both whips snap across you back in response as you yelp into your gag. "Silence toy!" yells Amber.

"Good job girls!" says Morgan "go get ready for the next phase as I read him the contract. Now foolish boy, let me read to you some key parts of your contract:

This team has a history of males causing discord and tanking morale through immoral behavior such as affairs and sexual ****. As such, males will abstain from all sexual activities unless approved by the team captain or coach. Once a pairing, hereby called claim, is approved, the female claimant and her male will follow internal team policy for initiation and further guidance. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the males removal from this team, and the loss of their scholarship.

Now I know what you're thinking. There's no way this is legal. But I assure you, this is vague enough to stand in court. Wealthier boys have lawyered up and failed. After all, we don't document any of the fun things. Besides, several witnesses saw you enter in Amber's room without an RA's permission...clearly violating dorm policy. Who knows what you did to poor Amber in her room without permission. These walls have been sound proofed over the years, so your screams have been muffled, it's impossible to tell on the other side what is happening. You are, of course, free to talk to an RA or the police, but I don't think anyone would believe you. Ah good. The girls are ready for your initiation. I'll be here to observe and train.
