More toads, and an invitation.

"Alright, just kill the toads when we have them weakened, can you manage that?" Kazuma asked Xylixia, who walked with him, and gave him a nod. She had a mage's staff and a dagger, along with a cape in addition to what she normally wore. She was apparently only level 11, but that wasn't too hard to increase a little bit.

"This quest again," Cremea grunted. "Let's get it over with..."

The day resulted fairly productively, managing to level Xylixia up once. She got some kills specifically by using her dagger on toads left barely alive from Megumin's Explosion, followed by a few others bested into submission by Cremea. Aqua of course got slimed again. Kazuma snorted and shook his head upon seeing that.

"Well, the pay is shit, but it's a good starting job for the budding adventurer, essentially a rite of passage in this party," he chuckled as they headed back into town.

"Ah, Kazuma-san!" the old realtor said, walking up to them.

"Eh? Don't tell me you found a buyer for the house already..." Kazuma prayed that wasn't the case.

"Actually, no," the old man replied. "I was just at Wiz's shop to chat, and she asked me to send you her way if I saw you," he explained. "She got a hold of a rare item, and is hoping you'd buy it..."

"What kind of item?" Kazuma asked.

"She was mostly mum on that one, it's a box of some kind, she thought you may have an interest in it."

"Huh... Guess we're paying Wiz a visit," Kazuma shrugged, and Aqua grumbled, before they headed to where Wiz's shop was.
